Just bought a $12 venti coffee with 90% ice. Drink was half full in 1 sip. Baristas shouldnt be this incompetent.

I am not the one to leave bad reviews but last night 11-23-25 around 9:30pm the girl running the drive through was so rude and seemed so bothered that my gf was trying to pick which pastry she wanted with her hot chocolate and didn’t even offer a suggestion or help with questions. She was so rude to say “ will that complete your order”. And it literally took almost half an hour to make 2 8oz drinks that were half way full. I am a big tipper but I tip after my experience. That’s why I left nothing. If she was in charge last night she needs more training on customer service if she’s going to wear the Starbucks Brand

Staff was very rude and fulfilled 6 drive thru orders before working on yours. Lack of service made sense once I heard the racist comments made by the staff.

I had ordered online a coffee for me, but once there I decided to get coffee and drinks for coworkers. I stood in line over 15 min, the lady would walk by and say, just a minute... I ended up sitting at a table and placing another online order.... 🥹🥹🥹

Why are Starbucks employees so rude??? Upon being rude, orders aren’t made right. My caramel/hazelnut frapp was too light and tasted different. Since I was already annoyed with their attitude, I didn’t bother to let them know. I can only imagine it would be made worse

The employees at this location are rude and seem to hate their jobs.This location is the closest to me and I've gone over and over and time and time again the Drive thru employees are horrible.You can go to any other location in Midland and get exceptional customer service, Except this one on BigSpring & Loop 250.

I’d like to suggest better training for your staff, both in customer service and in preparing drinks. I’ve been ordering the same drink—a breve latte—for the past year without issue at other Starbucks locations. However, this morning at your store (around 8 a.m. on Christmas), I was met with rudeness and confusion. The barista insisted that ‘breve means milk’ and continued to argue when I clarified that I wanted a breve latte. It was an unpleasant experience, and I felt disrespected. I hope this feedback helps improve future interactions.
