Yeah , I come and order 2 chili dogs , with a small cheese fries AND NO DRINK. IM CHARGED $18.08 dollars. WHAT THE HELL? I will never come back to this place again. You get a full meal for less than this. And this is 2 chili dogs and a small fry only ???? PURE RIP OFF

I think it would have been a good burger but I just stood at the counter for like 10 min and nobody was there to take my order. When they finally did they said no drinks because they didnt have water for the machine. I just left because at that point I didnt trust anything there.

Me and a friend who came visiting from out of state went here before going to the airport and we where very hungry. We couldn't decide on a place thays not too far from the airport in Midland. We went here and it was the best tasting hamburger and fries I have had in the last 6 years. They switched to beef tallow and I got to say the fries are just absolutely amazing especially with the seasoning on it. The burger was just so juicy and filled with flavor. My friend went to a Steak 'n Shake where he lives and he was very disappointed. He said the one in Midland, TX was the best one he's been in. Its in a great location at Main Street location. Doesn't get more American and delicious 😋

More rude treatment of customers. I don't know why some of the people here are still employed after months of customer facing rude treatment. These customers represent your paycheck! Nothing complicated in this.

I've been to a few Steak 'n Shakes around the country and they're all awesome..........except this one. It's kind of dumpy, the employees look miserable and the food is definitely not fresh.

I haven't been to steak n shake in a while. I see a lot has changed. I was hungry and ordered the double meat bacon burger. I was amazed at the size of this thing. It looked like a burger I would give a child. It was tiny. I ate everything and was still hungry. I definitely WONT EVER go to steak n shake again. Definitely dissapointed

Went to steak and shake Odessa/midland by the hwy food sucked burger was cold I ordered. Banana shake and a strawberry shake banana shake tasted like banana laffy taffy and the strawberry shake tasted like nestle quick what a waste of money
