The manager at this place is amazing, she is talkative and exciting shes a light to my day a lot of the time she’s funny and she’s sweet enough to pay for peoples food if they can’t provide for themselves the rest of the workers are sweet too they make good food and have extremely quick service especially during school lunch hours

I was struck in the head by the panel on the drink machine, stumbling and spilling my drink on me due to the carelessness of an employee. I called asking the manager for some compensation and he offered it… it’s been about a year since this is happened and I’ve been ghosted after telling him what I needed for reparations for the Dr in Dallas to check on my head implant and the hotel to stay there for that day…. Unprofessional

Subway the food was really good what does service at the different subject the lady told me that one of their workers didn't show up so the machine that they have that takes the orders from the internet they turned off so they didn't get my order so I wasn't going to get my discount. But I ended up getting my discount but I wasn't going to until I talk to the lady politely and told her you know that's not right that's not my fault because one of your workers didn't show up on time. You guys are the one that chose to turn off the machine because you guys were overwhelmed. I feel when things like that happen just take a deep breath. And do the best you can. Explain it to the customer and if they're good people they'll understand if they're not good people then they won't understand but at least you know you did the best you could and keep going. Okay that was my situation at Subway I hope it helped you guys out have a blessed day God bless you.

Our office just moved in this area! The first time I had a protein bowl and it was very good! Well worth the money, the next time the chicken was chewy , so I ordered a tuna sandwich 6 inch. Unfortunately it was worse. For almost 8.00 I got a piece of bread and couldn’t see the tuna. I’ll not go back

This was absolutely by far the best experience I have ever had at a subway restaurant. I have to been to many, all across the country, and this one is top notch. The manager, Daphne, is so very pleasant and has her team on point. Best sandwich I've ever had! It was full and didn't fall apart and wasn't messy. Everything was fresh. The atmosphere was very friendly and relaxed. The store was very clean. The entire team was attentive and quick and cohesive. I wish all subways could learn from this one! They deserve a raise!

Lively location with plenty of hustle and bustle that you would expect from a heart of downtown location. Customer service is ok. There’s is no ice or working Coke machine.
