I love going to this Subway. Antoine is an amazing employee. Not only does he make a great sandwich but he entertains you with the latest current event and pop culture conversation. In fact the last sandwich that he made for me was so amazing I drove back up there and tipped him 20 bucks. One of the best sandwiches ever.

For the most part, Subway is pretty good during regular business hours. However, I’m confused about why this location advertises itself as 24 hours. I’ve gone there twice around midnight, and while the lights are on and the food pantry is visible, there’s never anyone there to take my order. The registers are closed, and it feels like the place is open but abandoned. If this location isn’t actually staffed overnight, the business hours need to be updated. At the very least, there should be clear signage explaining how to order or when staff will return. It’s frustrating and misleading for customers who are expecting service at a “24-hour” restaurant.

This really made me sick to my stomach. A fly was toasted with my sub. Like how did you not see that anyway Do better. Thanks for the refund but you definitely deserve a bad review for that. Check your food they leave the door open on the meats apparently. #holdtheflies

The 2 women were working the night of July 11th were super friendly and polite even to rude customers like the guy in line front of me. They definitely deserve a raise because not many can handle people so professionally.

I asked for the boss. The number 6. I had to repeat myself 5 times because the lady was on and on about someone calling her to do something else. Then she asked me if I wanted it toasted and I said no. Guess what. I got it toasted anyways. Not happy with the service. 13$ for a sandwich not even what I wanted. Thanks subway

Not open 24/7 employees can close whenever they want. I got there at 11p.m. 2 employees were standing there said they wouldn't be open again till 12:40 am not happy at all will be calling manager

How is there only one person working ? The employee working looks MISERABLE with a HORRIBLE attitude. No sense of urgency whatsoever.
She took 13 minutes to make one sub, and it was infuriating to see how annoyed she is
Subway did not have it all together. I was standing there being corrected twice because apparently every Subway sandwich has a number, but yet they couldn't keep all the ingredients filled, there were several missing. Considering the fact I tripped outside on uneven pavement and spilled my drink everywhere, I think I will be blocking this Love's off of my maps, It seems to be cursed.

I thought this is a 24hr subway but I show up at a late hour only to find a note saying they will be back in 30 min from break 15 I can understand but 30 is a little excessive when no one else is there to run store. Very disappointed
