The staff can’t read if you order online it will be wrong 100% of the time so I always have to go back in and have them remake it. And I’m not talking small things I’m talking adding 3 passes of Sriracha when you asked for none

I ordered two sandwiches and both were made on the wrong bread and not toasted like I specifically requested. I can’t eat raw deli meat right now, which is one of the main reasons I usually choose Subway—because they toast the sandwiches. On top of that, I asked for a regular Dr Pepper and got a diet instead. Really disappointed with this experience.😣

Ordered on line . I was told it would be ready by 7:45 . Had to set at Drive through for 45 minutes before anyone came to the window . Then my order wasn’t even there !!!

This is our favorite Subway in the Midland/Odessa area! Vana and her team have the best customer service hands down. They are very polite and always smiling. The food is fresh and delicious every time we come.

If you order anything for delivery u will get a meatball sub does not matter what sandwich you ordered my fiancé is allergic to tomatoes and can’t even eat her sandwich because for some reason pepperoni and salami= meatball sub this is the third time do not order online you need to watch them make ur sandwich or it will be something not even remotely right

$14. Small drink bag of chips and a 12" Philly cheese steak oh my how the mighty have fallen I'm done with subway! But the servers were amazing great job guys just need a better venue! I will never visit another subway until they realize their place sustenance fairly cheap! They have gotten as bad as McDonald's! I don't go there neither.
