I placed an online order. I went to pick up the order and I gave the last name, the staff member asked to see my phone. I went to the order screen where I placed it, trying to comply (I have never had this experience before) I showed her the order and that it matched. She made me repeat the order number out loud and lectured me telling me “you need to say the order number. This is how you pick up from here” when I expressed that the overall interaction was unpleasant and walked away I could hear them clearly saying I didn’t need to come back.
I think that’s actually exactly what will happen. I will never be coming back to this particular establishment ever again. I’m not going to be treated like I’m a criminal trying to steal a sandwich, when a name for an order is good enough for every other establishment. I genuinely would never recommend this location or its staff to anyone.

Not impressed at all. After a long day a traveling, my husband and I ordered subway. Worst sandwich ive ever seen. Seems like they put more care into the sandwiches made right in front of you but clearly not their pick up orders. Never going back

Just went in to get dinner because I wanted something light I was wrapping up a phone call as I walk in no one is behind the counter so I'm closing my phone and the apps that are open any young lady walks out of the back I look back down on my phone to finish Rose today and then look up kind of startled then another woman older heavy set walks out of the back yelling hello and kind of caught me off guard and I'm like uh hi and she's asking me what kind of bread I want then she proceeds DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF ME LESS THAN 2 FEET AWAY to lean down under the glass counter while her and the other girl are putting their gloves on and mockingly say oh I just did that because he's on his phone or too busy with his phone at this point I'm staring daggers at this woman and the young lady helping said what can I get you and I said nothing while still staring at that woman and I turn around to leave and she mockingly says oh thank you have a nice day and we'll see you next time and I turn around I told her no you won't see me again frankly as a person that's worked in food service and the service industry for most of my life it is absurd for a HOURLY EMPLOYEE to be rushing me about my order like y'all have better things to do when there's literally two other people in the entire store and y'all were hiding in the back in the first place sorry I inconvenienced y'all by making you stand an extra 10 seconds while I closed out the apps on my phone

i come to subway very often and order the same thing, a flat bread with bacon and shredded cheese cooked extra because i like the crispy texture. today i come in and right off the bat the lady was rude. after asking what i assumed is a new employee to cook my sandwich extra the first lady that made my sandwich went in the back and started talking shit about me to her co workers just because i wanted my sandwich cooked longer. i wish i had got her name because this is rediculous. i work in food industry i know what its like but i was nothing but nice ordered one sandwich the store was empty their is not reason she couldn’t fake a smile and wait until i left the store to talk shit about me.

Every time I order online or DoorDash I pay extra for avocado and this particular store just LOVES to leave it out every singe time. I love the food but hate the service. It’s not hard to read the order on the ticket like come on don’t be a lazy worker. The avocado is in bold print on the damn ticket

1. Front doors have 2 doors however only 1 is open. The other door is locked. As usual most people try to open the door and almost break it or hurt themselves trying to push it open. There are 2 doors for a reason. Pure laziness on their part. 2. Never greeted when walking into the store....how about a "welcome to Subway". "How may we help you", etc, etc. 3. My number 7-Mexicali calls for avocado/guacamole....."we are out of avocado". How are you out of avocado? Bad management. Terrible inventory management. 4. My footlong was only cut 1/2 way through.

Very bad customer service we had to buy take away since one of the people who works there did not want us to eat there since they had cleaned and closed at 10 pm we arrived at 9 pmPS I thank the lady at the cashier who tried to fix the situation but her co-worker had already told us in a very bad way not to make a mess
