I've eaten at over a hundred different Subways. This one used to be ok, but I just had the worst subway experience yet. They waited until they started making my sandwich to tell me they had no mozzarella and only had provolone. Then they let the sandwich sit for 5-10 minutes after the oven before getting to the condiments. Then they had no LETTUCE and couple other things! I ended up with a cold chicken teriyaki sandwich that was soaked in teriyaki sauce and tomatos with a few pieces of onion. It was so cold and gross I ate the chips and left the gross soggy cold sandwich on the table. Waste of $17!

I ordered a sandwich online, they didn't have the meat so they didn't make it. When I got there the evening supervisor was rude about it. He said he won't give me a refund, he won't void the transaction and will not make me a substitute sandwich. I told him the subway app won't let me cancel the order. He said too bad, there's nothing he can do and told me to figure it out. Never going back there.

This Subway location is consistently disappointing. Every time I order a sandwich through the app, it's either completely wrong or missing key ingredients. Customer service is practically non-existent, no effort is made to fix mistakes or offer any kind of support. For the price I'm paying, I expect at least a correctly made sandwich. It’s frustrating to spend money and never get what I actually ordered.

The sandwiches are fine my main concern is this straw that is made of the same material as my compostable containers makes the drinks so weird where my micro plastic straw i rather get cancer through micro plastics that having this weird straw that gets softer by the minute like your bf this is such a dumb move make the bubbles in the drink like they don't even exist and that one of the main things a good drinking soda after a meal can make it epic or a failure and I'm not going to blame the staff cause they have nothing to do with this

The solid metal covering over the meats may provide freshness, but it has also caused a lot of issues with them getting my sandwich right, and me not being able to catch it in time.

Went in right before lunch rush. Nobody was in there when I went in. I asked for my sandwich the lady took literally 4 mins to grab the bread and put the meat on it! The other employees one male one female were smacking eachothers a$$ while I was standing there. The male proceeded to put veggies on my sandwich, he had gloves on but kept touching his face and his hat! Veggies looked old, lettuce was brown already. I asked for mayo he loaded it on! Come on now! Uhh Smh! Every Subway i have gone to is quick. I know I wasn't being impatient but dang 10 mins to get a sandwich when im the onlg one there?! Come on...Got home and my sandwich had the wrong cheese on it!

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING customer service and food prep! She tried to make my food without washing her hands after paying a previous customer out. And when she did go for the gloves she only put on 1 ??? Why only 1 sis? Youre already there, put both gloves!!! And when i told her i no longer wanted my food she really tried to fight back about it. like Maam you lost this one when you touched my food WITHOUT GLOVES!!

I asked for 2 American sandwitches. No onions, no tomatoes and only one with Mayo. She put the cheeses and meat on and toasted it then she got to the vegetables and she asked again. I repeated myself. Then she started to add spinach and I said no. And repeated myself. This lady got in my face and started yelling at me. That it's not what I said. Another lady took over who started yelling at me. She started screaming that it's not how subway works. I tried to difuse the situation by getting on my phone while she continued to yell at me. I said nothing. She kept claiming that she could refuse me service too. Once she got to the mayo, I said only one with Mayo please. And them she started claiming. So you don't want the all American sandwitch. Like. I was ordering those sandwitches for someone else so idk what comes on this sandwitch but what he told me to take off. I still said nothing. Finally got to the register to pay and I reach over for sandwitches and she yelled at me do not dare reach over my counter. She throws my change on the counter instead of my hand that was reached out to collect. I have never in my life been treated this poorly at a restaurant before. I honestly felt unsafe. I wish I would have just left. I was so shocked with how I was treated. Then I get home and realized while I was looking at my phone to ignore her nasty remarks she put mayo on both sandwitches. I never want to return. And I wish I could get my money back.

My son cut out a coupon 3 subs for $17.99 and the guy ringing us up couldn't find a sandwich so he selected a pizza which made the coupon not work. After trying to fix his mistake he scanned it again and it said it couldn't be used because it had already been scanned. So I paid $31 instead of $18 because of his mistake, then we had to get bottled drinks due to the machine being down. We had to tell the lady 3 times what kind of bread but she kept getting the wrong one.
