I’ve lived here in Midland for the past five years. This is the only subway I’ll eat it and no matter if they’ve gone through different staff members different management I’m not really sure I always see a different face, but I know Customer Service matters because it doesn’t matter who is working the counter, you are treated from the time you walk through their door with the at most respect they are very kind very helpful, very clean and professional highly recommend the subway.

My first time at this location. Staff was kind and professional. Being a franchise of a well-known brand is one reason why both my wife and I stopped there. We knew what to expectReceived that which we expected. And enjoyed that which we expected.
I got a 6in sub. I was sick the whole day. Called the manager and she said there's nothing she could do about it. Tables were very dirty.

Visited about 9pm, 2 women behind the counter were super friendly, nice to have good customer service in Midland. Food was good as well.
Food and services good, clean environment. The only downfall is a Drink Machine.The drink machine to me needs to be cleaned or the carbonation is out.
