Awful experience. It took over 20 minutes for them to make a Crunchwrap Supreme and two crunchy tacos. They taco shells were stale and the meat was cold. The Crunchwrap Supreme was also called and no flavor no matter how much taco sauce I put on it. I will not be returning to this Taco Bell

Went to this location around 7:45 pm. I’m not sure who is working the window tonight, but this girl handed us our food in a bag right side up with a taco pizza in there. Pay attention to your customers and pay attention to the food you’re serving. I know it’s not fine dining, but this is a joke. Do better.

Can’t make a chalupa for crap…. It’s always hard as a rock in the evening. But, Dayshift does it right. The lady that took my order was eating a chicken wing while ringing it up

Waited over 40 minutes for a drive thru order. My reasoning for a 1 star review is they gave us the completely wrong order(which I realized once I opened the bag and looked at everything in the bag), and we told the worker he gave us the wrong bag and he asked were we sure something was missing and I told him the same thing. He got another worker to help him then they realized they mixed it up and then he took it back from us through the window and gave us our correct food. Who knows if they threw that food away or if they gave it to the car behind us. We won’t be back.

Place looks sketchy. My order wasn't even taken right. And the lady had no intentions of making it right. Won't be eating here again. Having worked in fast food, I understand that mistakes happen. But this lady honestly lied to me about pricing. And the wait was ridiculous. The apple pie poppers were good, but that was the only redeeming factor. I don't think it's very hard to fix a mistake once it happens, but some people only want to make the minimum effort

Waited in drive thru for a good 30 minutes. Came home and my crunch wrap supreme was burnt, and only contained a tortilla and lettuce. All our tacos barely had meat, and we were missing two items. Will never go there again
Owner is definitely a hands off kind of person. Restaurant is nasty and employees were very unprofessional. We love Taco Bell and drive all the way to Odessa for it, and that’s sad.

The past few times I have visited this location I was met with nothing but kindness from one specific employee, her name is Dasmien. She is doing a wonderful job and her customer service was a 10/10. This Taco Bell has needed an employee like her for years. THANK YOU DASMIEN!!!!

Their work performance was totally wrong. Wrapping up all burritos( no matter what burrito it was in th same wrapper. The manager was nasty and I didn't appreciate their attitudes. The atmosphere was not acceptable. My family and I will never go to that Taco Bell ever again. By the way there was another time we went there and my husband had got him some chicken and it was beyond burnt and he got sick from it. Over all there performance was unacceptable

Got our order almost completely wrong and I have never, ever encountered someone as rude as the lady who took our order. I was smiling and asking her about her day and she just looked at me. She was so disrespectful and had no manners. Finally after waiting for the few items we did order, I said thank you and she did not say a word or acknowledge me.

Apparently KFC doesn't stay open with taco bell. Lobby was closed but they did let me order because my semi wouldn't fit thru drive thru. Staff didn't want to be there so not real friendly.
