The food was fresh. Haven’t been to a Taco Bell, where the tacos are worth talking about the meat was hot. The lettuce was fresh. The cheese was cheesy and the five layer burritos hit the spot.. to top it off. The service was also good. They noticed I was thirsty while I waited. I got offered a cup of water. Although they were busy the atmosphere still like they took pride in their customer service thank you to whom it may concern.

We pull up to order through the drive through at 3:30 and the young black lady tells me that I have to come inside to order or I would have to wait 15 minutes to order through the drive through because of SHIFT CHANGE! Went inside to order, this young black lady, took my order with her purse on! I guess her ride got here because she put in my order of two items when I wasn’t even done. Terrible, non caring attitude.
The rest of the staff was diligently working. I wished I had gotten the names of all the workers. The good workers were a mid age black male and female, and a Hispanic with long hair. That’s all I have.

As a past manager of a different Tacobell this has to be the most terrible experience I've had. The rice was mush. Black beans were dry and crusted over, mexcian pizza and quesadilla were not cut, cheese was not melted on the said quesadilla either. If corporate were to investigate this restaurant it would 100% SHUT DOWN! Will be sending all info to them as well.

First of the drive thru menu was falling apart. No ice in my drink. The only thing that was decent was the tacos... Mexican pizza was made horribly... Just my opinion, but I don't recommend any taco bell in midland.

everytime i’ve tried to eat at this location it’s been absolutely horrible. a few months ago i walked in and theirs food on the floor surrounded by flys. looked like it had been sitting there for hours and not been cleaned up. immediately walked out and drove to the other midland location. however the last time i went to the other location they were super busy and drive through was in the road. so decided to give this location a try again. their staff was rude and apparently out of everything. not sure how that happens, but they were out of almost everything, and this wasn’t the first time! this location needs a new manager and staff asap

The worst KFC chicken, slimy, the soda machines have no gas or ice, the service is the worst, I would never go there again!
went and the lady was rude as hell. she was huffing and puffing just bc i wanted food from kfc and taco bell. cut me off and said “and no we don’t have ice”. i don’t know how this place is still open with the stupid ass service and management that obviously needs to be replaced.

I ordered a quesadilla meal and it comes with the taco and I got only the taco and no quesadilla. Also every time I have gone in, they can never do anything.
