I come here to get the chicken burritos and peach tea (yumm)...well 2 nights ago i did the same thing to get the chicken burrito it wu the same location jus differnt times but the last 2 times they where herendous chicken tasted old and some spots wu hard ,,,had a weird taste (g baby said like fish),lettuce wu wilted,,,sourcream not sure if it wuznt at temp or wut,,, but kinda felt like it might of been prepared earlier and maybe from a diffent order (not sure on that lol) got 2 large peach teas wich it was ok but wut of been perfect if they would of did wu i asked them to do (extra ice please) also this time my pregnant daughter in law and my g baby wanted something sweet ( 4 sopas) and they get wut they want!!! Well i ask for extra honey so the young gurl ( friendly) at the window and she hands us 2 packets of honey... i also asked for extra napkins cuz you no dnt want the gurls to make a mess with the honey in the bac seat... we got our order (pretty fast as always) and took off ... got to the south side of town n my gurls said there wu like 5 napkins and only 2 pac of honeys (the 2 the gurl handed to me out the window lol) 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️needless to say if anyone has delt with a pregnant woman and a 3 yo spoiled girl it ruined their night all over 2 pcks of honey for 4 sopas😤😤😤 anyway i do give 3 chances so tacoa villa please dnt get the 3 strikes cu yall will b outta there... 🖤🖤🖤

Order through drive thru didnt get half my order also ordered extra nachos cheese and maybe got a table spoons worth worst experience ever never going back wouldnt recommend it to anyone

I highly suggest you check your order before pulling out of the drive-through. You even have to go as far as opening up your burrito To make sure it's correct, Which literally ruins it because it falls We've gone 3 days in a row here and all we asked for was a sausage and potato burrito. First time we got an egg and ham, Second time, sausage and egg, Today, I explained to the person at the drive-through that the last two times we went, they got our order messed up and to please make sure that it's just sausage and potato. Thinking that they surely couldn't get it wrong the third time, Got home and we have a combination burrito, With beans. Um. How hard is this?

Portion sizes are constantly getting smaller. The burrito is now mostly tortilla. I tried to call the phone number to speak to a manager, but no one ever answers

Just left the drive thru with a chicken salad and i got home and took 2 bites of the salad and chewed a long piece of plastic . Have never had that happen! Luckily i didn’t swallow it!

I forgot to tell them I wanted hot fries and I got two large orders of old curly fries but right next-door at Chick-fil-A. They always serve fresh fries so if you want fresh fries, I’d go next-door to Chick-fil-A.
