They where really slow and there was no one else there, I was the only customer I just ordered a normal Taffy drink and they took nearly 20 minutes and there was two workers. Though the drink was good.
Super cute place. Tea was tasty too. We got a Superman and Bahama Mama.
It would be a lot cooler if there were board/card/dice games available in the shop to hang out and chill with.
My past visits within the last 2 months have been awful with a sprinkle of good. The turnover at the Borgato location is awful. No one knows how to make the specialty drinks and everytime I order the same drink it tastes different each time. Is there not a recipe for these drinks? Today i had no ice in my tea and it was handed to me so quickly I almost dropped it because the cup tried to collapse in my hand. Do better Midland.

I do not expect employees to argue so much with the customer. They were extremely rude and disrespectful. They said that they were busy when there were only 3 people in the place! We sat there for 30 minutes and left with no drinks! There ice machines weren’t working and everyone was just waiting! There were only 3 PEOPLE! I usually love this place but if I ever see those employees there I will never go back.

I own a business myself and do know what it requires to have a successful one. At this rate your store is going down hill.
Ever since you changed employees, you have three good ones and that's it.
Whoever is in charge of keeping your stock up should be in trouble. I had to get a nasty taffy which I couldn't even drink. Such a waste.
