Tea2Go TeaN'ergy

I am now having an allergic reaction after drinking the tea from the tea bar. I am severally allergic to fungus and go into anaphylaxis if I have any. After being told the coolers were not cleaned this weekend Im absolutely sure I was essentially poisoned by negligence. Luckily I don’t think I need to go to the hospital but if I did I would be suing. The tea in one of the urns tasted rancid and they tell me the coolers don’t get cleaned on the weekends. Pretty sure that’s a serious health violation as tea can easily grow bacteria or mold in it especially if it’s sweet. Not sure if there is a manager but they absolutely need one. I’m so lucky I only drank a few sips within the 30 minutes it took me to start having the reaction. I could have and still can legitimately die from this if it gets worse and if I hadn’t realized my body was starting to feel funny. I will be coming in as soon as I’m well to speak with the owner. I should be getting a lawyer right now.

I come here fairly often but they are understaffed and it usually takes quite a while just for them to make one drink. Their drinks are always hit or miss; sometimes they’re great, sometimes they’re bleh.

They didn't give me what I ordered. I ordered strawberry peach tea. Whatever it was, it had no flavor of strawberry peach.

My family and I enjoy all of the flavor options and especially the sugar free flavors. Allison Valenzuela was so helpful and has a great personality. We will definitely be back.

I would give it zero stars if I could. Used to be a regular customer. I always get the same lavender drink. I usually get Tiffany who’s fairly sweet, but when I don’t a get a blonde girl who’s the opposite. She has attitude, doesn’t like when I correct her (because she always forgets the boba in my drink). I’m sad to say tea2go has poor customer service now.

Went to get a drink, and they firstly messed up the size and gave a medium instead of a large. Then decided to pour the drink into a large cup and just poured straight water into my drink to make it the large one after she took it from my husband hands. The manager inside was D'Karia and she argued when we knew the drink was made incorrectly in front of us. She didn't even wanna remake the drink, she just wanted to argue. If I could give a Zero star I would. When Tiffany was at this store everything came out perfectly. I will never come back to this place and will make sure everyone I know doesn't go here.

Definitely need more staff. Shouldn't take 15 minutes to get 2 teas. Pretty sure the poor girl was the only one working inside and drive thru. I would suggest staffing better asap.

We are loyal customers. Sometimes coming by twice a day… the amount of ice they’re putting in the cups recently is crazy. You take two drinks and your cup is empty, even when we ask for easy ice.

Soooo gooood. I order a Dirty raga sweet & spicy topped with half and half & vanilla syrup.

10/10 Always recommend Tea2Go!! The staff is ALWAYS so nice and helpful. Not only can I refill my Hydrojug with ice and RO water, I can also get a great tasting drink! My go to is the Atlantis! I love that they carry HydroJugs and all the products. It’s a regular go to for me!

They've always been fast and reliable. They have a drive-thru. Staff are very friendly, even remember your name, and I've never had an order made wrong. 5/5 stars!
