This is the 2nd time this occures there is a older African American woman who seems not happy with her job, customer service is not her Forte, she is so rude and mean. Today 2/26/26 she was at cashiers , put her in the cleaning team where she won't deal with customers!

I went through the drive through. The person taking my order was very respectful and polite. He repeated everything back to me that I said as I was ordering it and then the whole order at the end. Everything was perfect. Food was good and hot. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends. They also have the best ice cream in town. My husband and I go to that specific location every Saturday and have ice cream.

Paid almost ten dollars for a banana split today... It wouldn't have been such a bad thing IF... they didnt give me the wrong order then proceed to laugh about it instead of offer even an apology. Texas Burger.... you are a disappointment across the board. See banana split for reference. Sad day in Meagan land.

Nah, go to a place that actually respects and cares about YOU. Overpriced items. In my opinion, there are employees who cannot genuinely be interested in providing the customer the finest meal or service by any means. Abusive staff in my experience. They just want you to get your food and go. When I was there, the men's restroom stank--almost to an unbearable degree. In my opinion, there are unhygienic food preparation procedures. There are better places out there--perhaps steeper in price, but out there, you actually get what you PAY for.

01/14/26 10pm we went to order shakes and wanted to mix almond joy and Rocky Road into a shake and the GM with red in her hair told us she couldn’t do it in the drive through. We went inside because when she would tell us, no the people inside would do it. Right after paying for the almond Joy in Rocky Road She told the people making the shake that they could not do that so we got a refund. After calling Texas burger on loop 250. They were very nice over the phone and told us that they can even mix up to three flavors that it’s not a big deal that it is just ice cream. So is she wrong, if so someone should tell her and maybe show her how to do it. Why would it still be in the system to do that if you can’t do it? Dylan did a fantastic job taking our order!!!

I haven't had a burger like this in awhile, they don't skimp on the fresh lettuce, onions and tomatoes. The burger tasted amazing and simple, I loved the pickled pepper. When the large fry came to the table. It was a lot bigger than I was expecting and I appreciated how fresh and crispy the fries were.
I love the fact they have the salt and pepper salt shakers at the table and a bottle of ketchup or removes the inconvenience of heading up and grabbing a small little thing of ketchup and it makes it just easier to dine at the table.
