I almost always tear up when i take my first bite of the cookie, cake pop or cupcake im eating first because the icing is so good. Love this place for a special sweet treat.

We came to try out the new bagel company and I wasn’t to impressed.. little to no options after 12pm due to them being sold out. Bagels could definitely use more cream cheese, we also ordered a cupcake which was not soft & pretty dry.

Appears they were not ready for the influx of customers with the introduction of bagles; not enough staff. They were out of many items for the bagels and didn't cross them off the menu, so we didn't know. At first, there were two workers, and one disappeared for about 5 minutes and then just one working the coffee and bagels. Took over 25 minutes to get our coffees. We got the bagels right away. There was eventually a third employee. Much improvement is needed regarding processes, execution and atmosphere. Although the potential for it to be cute inside is there, it feels like they just threw things up. Couldn't tell if all the plates and teacup were for sale or just decoration.

Not very impressed. I came for the midland bagel company. We were the first and only people in the store at the time. They were out of almost every bagel I tried to order and a couple of spreads. As more people came in the orders just fell behind. I saw two people just walk out and leave. One guy asked for a refund. They either didnt anticipate being this busy or under hired. It took us over 30 minutes to get both of our coffees. We did get our bagels fairly quickly, probably within 5 minutes. I just dont think they thought the bagel expansion all the way through; they didnt have much seating and didnt have any trash cans.

They did the cookies completely wrong even though I sent them an exact picture of what I would like. They also did a completely different color than what I had requested and claims that they do not make gluten free cookies. Very unprofessional.

Super cute and friendly place! Went to go get some treats and got a ton of cookies and some macarons. Staff were super friendly and cookies look amazing. Prices are great if you compare them to chain run cookie shops. They may seem expensive at first but the portions are huge and they are also a small business! Go to spot to pick up a box of sweets as a gift. For this box i paid $61 and i got 4 macarons, 2 cake pops, and 9 cookies!
