I live out of town and wanted to have some treats delivered to my Father for his 70th Birthday. I went online to order, the website requested a delivery address and I clicked submit. Then my order confirmation showed that i had to pick up the treats that same day- delivery was not available, AFTER they charged my card. Ok, fine, they have some bugs to work out on their website, however when I called the first time , the employee that answered said A: 'we don't deliver' and B: 'I don't know how to process refunds' and stated the Owner would call me back once they arrived at the shop.By the time I received a call from the Owner that day, I had already made other arrangements for my Father's birthday gift. The owner then told me that they could still deliver the treats if I wanted them to, but since I had already made and paid for other arrangements, I requested a refund instead. Then, in turn, the Manager stated "ok, I will take care of this for you".Here it is 8 days later and still no refund, email response, or call back.So disappointing and Happy Holidays to you.

I recently ordered a cookie decorating kit for Halloween. I picked up the kit the Friday before Halloween for a small event the next day. When we went to decorate the cookies, two of the bags of frosting were pure liquid and the third wasn’t much better. It made decorating the cookies impossible and a huge mess. The kids were not happy. I messaged the company on FB messenger and told them what happened and asked if the icing should have been refrigerated and was told no. Their solution was to tell me to come pick up more frosting the following Monday. I told them that would be pointless since the kit was for that one day and that we had passed out all of the cookies. I never heard back from them after that. Definitely not worth the $50 I paid and I probably won’t be returning.

Went in for a coffee as the big COFFEE window sign was inviting... prepare yourself for non barista coffee, made by a table top machine at best. Coffee isn't bean ground and milk is 'foamed' by a wire handheld frother you'd buy from HEB for $5. Taste was burnt and gross! NOT worth $4! Advice - DON'T SELL COFFEE The girl on the counter was super nice thou.

Fantastic. We called last minute on a Thursday to get a Barbie cake done for our 5yr old and The Golden Whisk was able to have it ready for pickup Saturday morning - the day of the party. Our daughter loved it.Big thanks to Trinity for helping us on such short notice. The cake and cupcakes were delicious. TGW even picked up the Barbie doll for us. We couldn't even get an answer or return phone call from other bakeries in Mid/Odessa. We'll be back to TGW!

Staff is less than eager to help/serve considering the price point of this bakery. Staff also sold me a crumbled up, undercooked cookie in the order I placed for delivery to my customer. I'm not even interested in going back in for a replacement. I'll take the loss and find another bakery to serve me and my customers. Highly turned off by this place.
Wonderful, delicious array of sweet treats, casseroles, charcuterie boards. Love this place.

We were shopping in this area and popped in for some iced coffees because we saw a sign out front that said bakery and coffee. This looked like a really nice bakery to order custom cake pops, cakes and baked goods from, the store front had some fun gift and snack items as well. We wont be back for coffee though because our iced coffees were all water and no coffee. We were very confused about how it was made since we couldn't really taste any coffee. Will definitely be back for cake pops!
