We usually enjoy dining in here—the staff is friendly and the food is good. However, our recent takeout experience was disappointing. The order arrived incomplete: a few food items were missing entirely, and some of the appetizers didn’t come with the sauces or sides that normally accompany them.

It felt rushed and careless, which was frustrating since we were looking forward to a full meal at home. I’d recommend dining in if you want the full experience, but based on this, I wouldn’t trust the takeout.

I was really disappointed with my experience here. The food was extremely chewy, and the shrimp tasted like it had been frozen for a long time — definitely not fresh. I politely shared my concerns with the waitress, who also turned out to be the manager, but she showed absolutely no reaction or interest in addressing the issue. Poor food quality and zero customer service.

At that point, I decided the best thing to do was to ask for a refund not because I wanted to cause a scene, but because it was clear the meal was inedible and nothing was being done to make it right. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Watch the prices on margaritas! Asked for Don Julio Blanco and charged me an additional $17.00 for the shot on top of the $9.50 for the margarita! That’s a crock of doo doo! Asked and told me that’s their price! Well #1 restaurant does not operate that way! Robbery! One round of alcohol more than the dinner for two! Never going there again and do not recommend!

Tkilaz Manager and staff were excellent. They opened early for a breakfast networking event that our group holds monthly. The service was great, the breakfast buffet they prepared for our group of 100 was very good and the dining room decor was very nice!

If you want orange Mexican rice go to the other location all they have here is the white rice, which is odd since the other location has the good orange rice!

Nice looking restraunt, service was decent, but the food lacked any spice or flavor. The majority of the beef and chicken tasted rubbery and microwaved, the beans tasted straight out of a can without any seasoning, the rice was grey, again without any seasoning.

Food was mid, I didn't finish my mixed seafood plate. Will not be coming again

The food was okay but our server was very good. I didn't get a refill once, and my taco was uneven, and my dad's chicken tasted canned. Just like this restaurant. I MIGHT come again.

Phenomenal atmosphere after church with the fam. We happened to leave our debit card at the restaurant and the manager Dillon searched high and low and called our waiter and found our debit card. If I could give him a 6th star, I would. Thank you!
