I absolutely love everything about this place. I come here almost everyday during lunch and get their smoothie bowls. The people who work here are so sweet and kind! Please come here!!

Last night I bought a smoothie and a kids’ quesadilla, and I clearly asked for it without chicken.
However, they gave it with chicken, and after eating it I got really sick to my stomach for two days.
Very disappointed with the lack of care and poor food quality. I won’t be ordering from here again the food seems dirty and not properly prepared. 🤢👎

Tropical Smoothie Café (Açaí Bowls)**
I really wanted to enjoy my visit, but my experience with the açaí bowl was disappointing. The bowl I received was completely frozen solid — not the fresh, smooth consistency you’d expect from an açaí blend. I went back inside to mention the issue, and while they did offer to replace it, the second bowl was just as frozen as the first.

What concerned me most wasn’t just the product, but the lack of genuine customer service. There was no acknowledgment, no apology, or explanation — just a quick hand-off and clear frustration from the staff. It also seemed like they were talking about me afterward, which made the situation feel uncomfortable and unprofessional.

After mentioning this to others, I learned that I’m not the only one who’s had a similar experience with frozen açaí bowls and poor service at this location. I really hope management takes this feedback seriously — it wouldn’t take much to make things right, whether that’s blending the bowls properly or showing a little more courtesy to customers who speak up.

Don't pay for extra. Better to go inside and watch them make your food! Disappointing...

They actually messed up my order slightly and when I tell you that they fixed it and were so apologetic I truly appreciate them as a whole! I called them to let them know and they really really did a magnificent job of fixing it! They texted me! Lol who does that 😂😂 PEOPLE WHO CARE I TELL YA!!! Hey stuff happens right! RIGHT! This location is amazing and the people are amazing and I will always go here! Get it! Got it! Good!

I really love tropical smoothie! The only problem I have is that they use DoorDash as a third-party delivery service. They always forget something from my order and claim that “that was all that was on the shelf”. So again, I really do love tropical smoothie and I don’t blame them. I just wish they wouldn’t use DoorDash anymore. Because as a DoorDash delivery driver, your job is to make sure you have all the items on the receipt that is taped to the bag that you were taking to the Customer and make sure you have every single item before walking out the door.

Has ladina lost her job yet? I Swear this place has been in the gutter since she started, every time I go to get my smoothie the wait is way too long! I should not have to wait 20+ minutes for one smoothie! Flies all over the place! Tera walked to the back when i asked if they still had jalapeno chips, and she never came back to the front! I've been stopping from leaving a review on this place because the google reviews are definitely not nice enough, y'all need to get it together! Trash all in the lot! absolutely disgusting, stop wasting your money here. You can see the built on dirt under their tables.
