Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I am a Doordash dasher. I went to this store this morning to pick up an order. The employee was very disrespectful and arrogant. She treated me disrespectfully and then went to her friend and laughed at me. This was a whole other level of disrespect. This was a blonde girl with glasses. I transferred the complaint to the Doordash application to initiate legal action. Since there was no manager there, I wanted to write my complaint here and let them know that if you warn your employees about respect, they will not be disrespected.

An employee named Steven was so kind and helpful!! Food is great as always. We got our food in the drive-thru quickly, which normally doesn’t happen at this location.

Love tropical smoothie and I enjoy eating in the store when I have some time to decompress. Really despise the sticky/waxy countertops though

The young man handling the orders was very nice and respectful. However there was a young girl with highlights that has no customer service skills. She don’t say hi or goodbye. She saw me standing there as I have never been there before and said you need to go over there! How welcoming.. also flies all over the place. 2/10

waiting 20 minutes from a mobile order that was supposed to be done at 1 given it won't be exact I understand but 20 minutes? when there was no one when I went in and people then started coming and we're getting their food before me. Just for my food to be sitting behind the counter the entire time.

Went there for the first time today. My smoothies were delicious. Staff was supper friendly. The owner is trying to solve the sticky table situation so cut them some slack. Will definitely return.

Very Horrible Experience. Young child working in drive through with braces flipped us off as we drove away. Had very bad attitude as we were ordering food for two, didn’t wanna help us out and kept smacking her lips and sighing.

Tables are constantly sticky. I've been here multiple times, and the tables were always sticky. Here's a pro tip for everyone else who feels like they want to get takeout: don't bother going inside to order. Make sure you order at the drive-through. They prioritize the drive-through over people who are going to get takeout. If you want your order quickly, go to the drive-through. If you have all the patience in the world, go ahead and order inside and have an hour-plus wait.

Rude employees especially the blonde haired woman. Walked in and waited at counter without being acknowledged at all.. she looked at me several times without saying a word.

Ladina was amazing. They really took the time to make sure everything was right with my order. I won’t go anywhere else, love this place and the entire staff!

service was horrible took 45 minutes to get a small quesadilla. They were rude too

Just left tropical smoothie on loop 250 and what i witnessed was horrendous. I saw a older employee yell and cuz at one of the teenagers working in the back. Looks like he was a manager or something. He looked like a crackhead. He was cursing left and right infront of customers. Totally unacceptable behavior and very unprofessional. I did not appreciate hearing the f bomb thrown out like that especially infront of others. I will not patronize this getto store again. Learn some respect for your customers and empoyees.
