The food is great and even the lean brisket melts in your mouth. Friendly staff!
It’s probably a management/staffing issue but there were many things (sauce cups, napkins, forks, etc) that needed to be restocked at both counters, with nobody really addressing it. Not sure if they were just low on stock of some items or nobody was able to make it out there. Not a huge deal since I was able to obtain what I needed upon request, but it’s something that could be improved.

Service is horrible, lady at counter did not get order correct. Instead of making it right they wanted to charge me to fix their mistake. Employees need help with customer service, they don't speak English. This was a great place to eat a few years back, now wouldn't recommend it!
Workers are incompetent & can’t take a simple order or speak English. When asking them questions they just stare at you like your a burden to them

Brisquit beans-great Potato salad- great Burnt ends-good Sausage- must have been sitting out. My fork broke trying to pierce it and my knife was pretty useless. Plenty of staff but I stood at the register for 3 minutes standing there while others were walking around.
Ladies on the front need to work on service skills (very disappointing). Lady delivering orders absolutely different story (gentle and adorable!! ) food is great!
