I was recommended to the HEB BBQ by local hotel and it did not disappoint! The service from Rhonda at the front counter was fantastic and she laid out exactly what I should get as someone who is not from Texas. “I came to this place with high expectations, but unfortunately the ribs were disappointing — barely edible. The brisket was just average. The best thing was the sauced brisket sandwich. If you go, order that one!
I have 6 years of knowing Perla. She has always taken care of my events. I never hear a no from her, even if I texted her at the last minute. She always takes care of me and my clients. The food is delicious, the brisket is always juicy, and will continue doing business with her just because she loves what she's doing.
