Burnt ends-good
Sausage- must have been sitting out. My fork broke trying to pierce it and my knife was pretty useless.
Plenty of staff but I stood at the register for 3 minutes standing there while others were walking around.

Ruby and Doss were very helpful and attentive to my needs. The BBQ was fantastic! I would compare it to Coopers BBQ in New Braunfels!!! Most definitely the BEST in Midland Texas!!!!
Dietary restrictions: I am currently on the carnivore diet at HEB BBQ is my go to for when i dont want to cook!!!!

It’s probably a management/staffing issue but there were many things (sauce cups, napkins, forks, etc) that needed to be restocked at both counters, with nobody really addressing it.
