This was our first time here. We had heard great things about it and made arrangements to visit. Things were a bit odd. We were not told who our waiter would be and none of them came over. Someone did come and pour water and bring bread. Then a man showed up and asked if we would like something to drink. He was dressed in a suit and not like the other servers so we thought he was a manager. When my husband asked him to tell him more about a particular dish, he just read exactly what was on the menu. I guess he thought that we couldn't read it. He took our order and left. The service was really slow, there was no checking on us to see if we were ok and we had to wait quite a while for our water glasses to be refilled. No “your food should be out shortly” or anything. Our food finally came and they disappeared again. No checking to see if everything tasted good or any of the normal stuff. After eating, we had to sit some more and wait for someone to come bring us to-go boxes and our check. When the guy came back, he was a bit more attentive. He boxed our meal, got us a dessert menu and took that order. We ordered desserts to go and did not have to wait as long for them. While waiting in our desserts, my husband went to the men's room. He came back very quickly and said that it was disgusting. The urinal and the toilets were full and there was a sign saying that they couldn't be flushed. He tried to just wash his hands and get out of there and the water did not work. He looked up and saw another sign saying that there was no water and instructing people to use hand sanitizer. This did not help and gave us a very negative impression of the place. I asked the guy who served us about the situation and he said that he knew the urinal/toilet was not working but didn't know that there was no water. Maybe this was a very unusual and off night for the restaurant but based on all of this, we do not plan to ever go back.

Server had trouble understanding us. Didn't know the brand of house wine being served. Brought out the wrong dressing for the salad. He did his best to correct things. My second glass of house wine was different from the first glass I ordered. Was disappointed that Halibut Venito was not on the dinner special menu as it was listed on Open Table app for Saturday night.

Food was amazing however, the service was subpar and the appetizer was something I could have made at home. We ordered Bruchetta no balsamic and it just wasn't very good. I had high hopes as this was my first time here. However my entree was excellent. Our waitress wasn't very attentive and we sat for a good 25-30 minutes before she greeted us at the table.

Waitress returned to check on us as we were finishing. Up our meal...I had a glass of coke and water...itnwasnrefilled by someone else thankfully...wife got a 2nd glass of wife finally as we were done with our meal...Also wife asked about their gluten-free pasta and the waitress had no clue nor would she go and find out what pasta it was.Service is very lacking for a upper-scale restaurant...I'll go back to give them a 2nd chance

Summary: Good restaurant poorly masquerading as a classy restaurant.The "Nice Quiet Spot to have a business dinner" got me. Food and service are great, but this is NOT the place to have a business dinner. It is loud. They have live music. To each their own, but that's a real turn off when you're trying to have a dinner conversation.Another surprise - they don't allow corking. Most classy restaurants have a corking fee - pay $25 or $50 or something, and they "open" your bottle of wine. Their wine list is reasonable, but for the particular business dinner that I booked our large group for, I brought a REALLY nice bottle of something not on their winelist, and there was no price that the hostess or server would allow us to open it for, it was a flat "We don't allow outside beverages." The first two people didn't know what a corking fee was. Despite an extensive wine list, no one there knows anything about it. They not only don't have a sommelier, the various staff I asked aren't familiar with the word, or the profession.

I’m gonna tell you what you shouldn’t choose this place to eat on an special date or a HOLIDAY. My girlfriend asked me to get merry yesterday for valentine date and she make all this up for weeks since 02/07 she reserved the table and when we arrived for the special date guest what 35 minute waiting to get a table, lady at front where siting people that reserve after the time she choose. Not even that they change the menu and add a nasty menu with cold food yes COLD. Was my favorite place because I love their fettuccine but they didn’t have it !!! What a wasted time. The day was ruined by the restaurant and I suggest the owners to be better with their scheduling during busy days. Seems like they didn’t have it controlled!!!
