Ordered through door dash, waited over an hour for food, delivery driver calls me and says the lady never received my order! How do you receive an order and then pretend it’s not there? Called the number SEVERAL times with no response. Will NOT be ordering from here ever again. Terrible customer service and lack of communication.

Best burgers in West Texas. The salsa is fresh tasting and spicy, but in a good way. Very flavorful. Staff is so friendly, and it never takes long for our order to be ready, always hot and delicious. The absolute best part is the food is budget friendly.

We had the burgers!! They were cooked perfect to the T. Fries were nice crispy hot and fresh. Onion rings were cooked perfectly and large serving sizes. Reccomend for anyone that wants a great home style cooked meal.They estimated it would be about 15 minutes and it took about 10 if that super fast and fresh food.

Onion rings were good. The bottom bread of my hamburger was so greasy it fell apart. I don't like how the tomatoes and lettuce are cut. They would just fall out once I picked up the burger. I like that the menu is smaller. Food is not too expensive which I like. The ladies that were working there were nice and friendly.
Great hamburgers and burritos. Their menudo on the weekends is just amazing. Definitely going back for second.

To start with both of our burgers were made wrong and one was missing bacon. Fries were soggy as if they had been sitting for a while. Fried pickles has a strange Old musty Attic smell and taste. Mozzarella sticks were overly cooked and the last straw was the burgers were overcooked with no flavor. We are not usually picky and can understand if one or two things are off but for everything to be wrong or cooked poorly was disappointing. I am sad because I had heard so many good things about this place. We’re never going back.

Terrible service, good food (if you get it).This is mine and my wife's second time going to Arballo's since it changed from Vidal's.The first time wasn't terrible, it just took about 45 minutes to get two hamburgers and tater tots.The second time, today, we ordered 3 hamburgers and 3 tater tots. The lady at the window was friendly at first. We sat and waited on our burgers for about an hour and watched as a guy who came after us got their order before us at about the 30 minute mark. After almost an hour, we finally asked if our food was almost done and were finally provided our food. After driving away, I opened our burgers they only got one of the burger orders correct. When we drove back and asked for a remake the lady at the window turned immediately angry and ripped the burgers out of my wife's hand said "oh my god" as if she was angry with us for her mistake. We asked for a refund and she provided it to us. This is not good at all. I'm sad that one of the best burger joints in town has gone so far down hill.

I ate here when it was Vidal's and it was good but now it is amazing! Imagine a burger from a backyard barbecue but the best one you've ever had. The fried pickles are different than what you usually get with fried pickles but they may be even better than the usual kind. Definitely recommend!
