Volcano Sushi and Asian Fusion

Had lunch today and it was so good. Elegant, flavor on point and excelent service.... Not to mention very reasonably priced. Cant wait to go back!

Awesome service. My flt crew and I decided to try this sushi restaurant instead of my regular sushi stop. So glad we did! Everything from the cleanliness to the open feel and delicious smelling food not to forget to mention our incredibly attentive and sweet waiter who took such care of me and my fellow crew members were all too inviting. I was first to order and the only one who ordered some appetizers. I chose to order the crab rangoon and soft shell crab appetizers along w/ a small bowl of wonton soup as a starter to my dinner. I loved and appreciated the authentic asian flavor of the wonton soup. Everything we all ordered was so tasty. I had to, of course, get a couple of 2 piece sushi items such as my favorite eel sushi and the tamago (egg) sushi along w/ the angel sushi roll. My fellow flight attendant Heather ordered the pineapple fried rice w/ chicken and beef on the account of her being allergic to seafood. She shared a lil' w/ me, and it too was delicious. Definitely recommend stopping by here for some delicious food and great customer service. I look forward to trying more of the menu in my future visits here.

I recently stopped in Volcano on a road trip up the midland and discovered this sweet little spot. I was blown away with the quality of the food, the staff, and how much they care about the restaurant.

This is a very nice local sushi and Asian food place in midland. It’s a local favorite for lunch as it gets packed. Nona was a fantastic server having the right amount of kindness and attention towards us. Try the Fire Volcano roll and the Teriyaki Bento box

CHEFS KISS!!! ? This place is absolutely delicious!! I don’t live in Midland but now I’m thinking of taking trips just to come eat here. This might be an exaggeration but this sushi is better than any I’ve tried in any other place! The service is amazing as well, they are very attentive and friendly! 10/10 recommend if you like raw fish.???
