Wendy's in Midland

“The employees here were very nice. Having come here from the Oregon coast where small town meets the ocean lol, it is different being somewhere no one is friendly. Here at Wendy’s though they are very friendly and help find cool items on the menu you haven’t tried! Very fun atmosphere. Food was, well, Wendy’s lol. The main items are great but the budget ones are pre-cooked so they are dry and kind of cold. However, if you stay to the main menu the food is great!“

“My review is solely based off of tonight and tonight only. I have been here plenty of times, and this why by far the best night. The lady at the window tonight, 07/04/2023 @8:29pm, with blue striped shirt and blue jeans, was soooooo nice and attentive. Her customer service has been the best. And the lady that bagged my food, she wore gloves and placed everything in both bags, nice and neat. Wendy’s, if you want to keep getting good reviews, hire individuals like those two ladies. My food was also correct and hot. Thank you ladies for a job well done. I attached my receipt as well, to recognize those who I am speaking of, even though I didn’t catch their names, but Wendy’s they are what you need.“

“This amazing team of 2, or at least the 2 I met, were incredible! They were knocking out the like at the drive thru and inside with ease, whilst providing great customer service to all, including myself. I really appreciate they helped me expedite an online order that I needed asap, one that someone had pretended was theirs. Whoever runs and/or owns that store should be proud to have them there taking care of business!“
