2nd time I got food here both times I waited for almost 10 minutes. Also both times got the wrong food through drive through. Won't be stopping there any more.

This is supposed to be a a large cheese is not melted the bacon is just tossed on top of their it's not even hot there was only one other person ahead of me waiting on food and it took forever for the food to even come out

I just left the store after more than an hour of waiting, terrible service, very poor attention provided by the employee who served the users, rude gestures and it took a long time to go from serving one customer to another.

Cashier could not understand me asking for crispy chicken instead of grilled on Parmesan chicken salad. When I asked for the chicken to be cut I was told they couldn't cut it. More than half my salad I had to throw out because it was all the hard white chunks. Chicken patty had ABSOLUTELY no flavor whatsoever. Also got the cinnamon rolls pull apart and was so disappointed. It had no flavor as well and barley had any icing, ur was barely even warm (I ate inside of restaurant) and I'm honestly not sure as to why it wasn't warm. Then the ENTIRE staff was doing nothing but gossiping the entire time I was in the dining room (about 30 min). I definitely WILL not be going back to this Wendy's. Very disappointing

Ordered double bacon cheeseburger burger with no ketchup no mustard and add mayo. She repeated the order back to me, charged me for a double then get home to find ketchup and mustard and mayo on my SINGLE patty burger with cold stale ass fries. Waited over 30 minutes for it too- this was drive thru and they had me pull up and park to bring it out- like if I was at sonic. Wouldn’t mind so much the wait or parking and waiting when I went to drive thru- if the order was right and food fresh but it was ass! Threw the whole meal in the trash and ended up doordashing Burger King. Burger King will get your order right! Just go there next time.

Can someone please explain the logic of going to the drive thru only to get the drinks part of your order then having to pull around to the door where the employees have you go in to get the rest of your order.

Make sure to clarify what kind of burger you want because they will automatically charge you for the most expensive even when you say a double cheeseburger. Just paid $7 for a basic double cheeseburger for my dogs.

Wait in line at drive through and be told to pull around and wait for 15 min. Then get home with vaccinators that have half the bacon. 3 slices on one and 4 on the other
