I waited 15 minutes for cold food! All my food was cold! And it had hair in it! I love Wendys but I hate going to that one. Definitely the worst experience ever time I go there! I don't even waste my time anymore

Food took over 25 mins to get ready, the crew was just standing around laughing and not doing anything like making food. Tables were dirty and floors were sticky.
I went through the drive thru today at lunch and caught the worst attitude from the girl working the window. She wouldn’t speak to me and shoved my change into my hand. I didn’t realize until later she actually shorted me $9.00. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place.

Whoever is working night on 08/24/24 and made my order at 12:30 you deserve to be fired to not be able to make a plain simple order. Taco salad with literally nothing on it just a salad.

Wish I could rate this location 0 stars. I ordered ahead of time expecting my order to be ready to go yet when I got to the drive thru they handed me my drinks and made me wait in front of the building. I waited for about 10 minutes without seeing anyone inside and pulled back around again to figure out what was going on. After telling me to wait 3 more minutes my order was incomplete. After more of my food was received, it was still incomplete! I ended up being there for 20+ minutes. A complete waste of time when Whataburger next door was taking customer after customer. This was extremely upsetting as I had just gone through an 18 hour drive and was looking forward for my meal. I will be contacting customer service for a refund because this was completely abhorrent.

First of all they are supposed to be open until 1 am and I guess the slackers they hired feel the need to close up early so they can smoke pot outside of the establishment cause that’s exactly what they are doing. How are y’all closed at 9:30/10:00 that’s just lazy.
