By far the worst Wendy's in town horrible customer service they stay open later then all the other Wendy's in town but anytime after 11 they refuse to take orders and act like there closed with all the lights on. All the food is always cold nuggets are hard as a rock, 9 out of ten times you go and they literally never have frostys. How do you not have frostys at 2pm?!

I come visit on the weekends sometimes, and this is right down the road. Got a burger combo with a drink. It was disgusting. Fries were very old and stale. Burger wasn't even warm. Drink tasted nasty. My husband's was the same. When I got to the window, no hello or anything. Really need to get some customer service skills. Apparently they no longer sell tea products too.

By far the worst Wendy's I have ever been to. Employees seem to not care at all and my order has had issues 4/5 times. This past time the winder worker was actively on her phone and not being attentive. After waiting at the window for about 7 minutes, she finally asked about the burger and they searched, took it out of another bag and gave me food. Would not recommend this location at all.

Big springs Wendy's is not professional what so ever. Do not come at the Big spring Wendys past 11am. They act like they're closed and can't take orders. But it's still open. Apparently the workers can close the store whenever they feel like it. This place needs reassurance.
