I just move here to Midland and this location is a block away from my home , guys this place has the worst service ever and the food they serve you is trash , I order breakfast yesterday it was trash and I did trashed it , egg was burn , the bacon was hard as their brains ! Manager you need to start looking for a new job Part 2. Dec 7 2025 so I stop today to grab a drink with the plastic cup they sell you for $5 plus., this cup you can grab free soda till the end of the year. So once in awhile I do stop for a drink or water or ice So today there was a very unprofessional manager, rude, mean as cruela, I mean it .Latina lady with eyelashes the size of new York. Besides mean , rude ..I loss my cup lid and ask a worker for 1, omg that manager went off on him infront of customers and gave me the look to kill. This lady needs to go enough is enough 😒

Manager Francis refused to give us extra spicy ketchup even though we offered to pay for it at 1 am November 29 the supposed manager on duty and I sat in the drive-through for over an hour waiting for my food because I asked for extra spicy ketchup
Apparently you don’t wanna order curbside service in the morning because the guy cleaning the parking lot is going to shake his head and give you mad looks cuz you’re in his way. Just kept shaking his head with a very unfriendly attitude. Sorry man. Geez. With all that being said the taquitos were amazing and huge. Very big portions just wished I had some picante sauce to go with it.

LEARN THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SWEET TEA AND UNSWEET TEA THATS UNBELIEVABLE THAT YALL GET MY ORDERS WRONG EVERY TIME THAT I COME TO ANY WHATABURGER AND NOT TO MENTION WHEN I ASKED FOR NO ONIONS ON MY PATTY MELT THERE ARE ONIONS ON THERE REGARDLESS EVERYTIME!!! PLEASE DO BETTER
