I had a terrible experience at Whataburger. It took them 30 minutes to bring out my food, which is already frustrating. To make matters worse, they dropped my bags on the floor and just left them there for over a minute before picking them up, no apology, nothing. When I finally got my order, I discovered they only gave me 4 wings when it clearly stated the irder came with 9. The service was slow, careless, and completely disappointing. I won’t be coming back anytime soon. I would NOT recommend going to this store.

Ordered in the drive-thru and all was good until I waited more than 10 minutes to get my meal. A car in front of me with 2 people looked like they had been waiting awhile too! Burger and fries were room temperature and the fried pie was smokin'. I microwaved the burger and fries when I got home. It was a Texas tasting meal 😋
