Ordered in the drive-thru and all was good until I waited more than 10 minutes to get my meal. A car in front of me with 2 people looked like they had been waiting awhile too! Burger and fries were room temperature and the fried pie was smokin'. I microwaved the burger and fries when I got home. It was a Texas tasting meal 😋

It maybe a Texas Institution but the jalapeno cheese burger was bland, tasted the bun, ketchup and jalapeno that's about it. When stationed in Corpus Christi in the early eighties 81-84 it was awesome I would purposely drive off base to get their breakfast burrito for breakfast and burgers and fries for lunch at least once a week on my limited budget. Hoping it was a local issue in Roswell, Lubbock, Big Springs and now Midland they all tasted the same and I've had better...
