My food took forever to get, and it was cold. If it was packed, I would understand, but it wasn't. I come to this location the most because it's usually great here.I was very disappointed, but I'll give them another chance in the future and give them the opportunity to make things right.

I got kicked out because I wasn't able to ask for my order in English. Got the cops called and didn't get a complaint # from the manager. Worse service ever. I am going to push the issue that the so called manager gets fired

Went through drive thru. The food wasn’t good and cold. They forgot some items and noticed after driving off. Wasn’t going to wait any longer it was busy.

Im a whataburguer fan, so i can't say anything bad about their food 😁 since it's always delicious. The only thing is if you go around lunchtime, expect long wait times due to the number of people that come

Old fries cold and hard,even my dog wouldn't eat them... The hamburger bun was rock hard and the burger inside barely warm. This place has gone downhill the past few years. I think I'm done with Whataburger now. It's sad they used to be a favorite...

Very bad service at 10 pm on a Sunday if you’re on drive thru make sure you honk and ask for your order 3 times or more because they apparently delete it from the screen and forget to give it to you
