As soon as we walked in, we noticed there was no one at the counter. So we went to the self-service kiosk to place an order. We were there for some time that even the employees noticed us, but didn't say anything until the last minute, to which then they told us the kiosk was not working. We wound up canceling our entire order, just buying 2 drinks, and taking off.

This is the second or third time that I have been here to this location and for some reason they are constantly serving cold burgers so cold in fact that they taste like they came out of the refrigerator their service is not good here and it's hard to communicate with the workers do better Whataburger cold food doesn't taste good and you advertise on your signs hot and hearty or hot this hot that but everything's cold cold cold...
This is the second time they've given honey butter wings instead of honey barbecue, and it's not like I don't repeat what I want twice!
