For real 😕 Not even edible. What type of spicey chicken is this Whataburger? It's been over 20yrs since I ate Whataburger due to this type of quality and cardboard flavor burgers. This is what you give me when I come back 😠. Do better for the other customers, I'm done. You're food is terrible. Texas, please season your meats that aren't BBQ.

I love this location since it opened. But last night I was utterly disappointed with how our food was treated. I payed over $51 and my food came out quick, but was not right. The standard of Service has declined. We were given old floppy fries. Burgers were thrown together and were lukewarm.

The girl who took my order was very energetic. She took my order, and greeted me with a smile and a good morning at the window. Then, she proceeded to read back my order to make sure that it was correct. That is what makes a fantastic employee. Thank you to all who were there working this morning.
Horrible service 1/26/26. Waiting over 30 minutes, after ordering and paying for my food. Only to be approached and told that they lost my order. And that they’re going to have to make it all over again.
