I had a complaint with the service. the general manager I was talking to hung up on me. call customer support and I've never heard back from anyone. it seems Whataburger don't care if you get disrespected by their GM.

Today I have dinner with my Family in whataburger, the personnel made a mistake with my order, but they were able to fix the situation in no time!

I appreciate a lot the attention from the personnel, great job👍🏻

This Whataburger on El Dorado Parkway and ridge is a hit and miss. Sometimes the burgers come out nice and hot and they're good. Sometimes they're cold. Also the store is not always that clean and the food takes a long time to come out. It's good when they have one of the good managers on shift, but there's other couple managers that seem like they don't really care as much.
