Which Wich has hands down the best sandwiches ever. I REALLY wish you guys made one in Odessa but everytime I'm in midland I try to stop by. The sandwiches are always fresh and nicely toasted. You can completely customized your order and i dont think ive ever seen them get my order wrong. Double thumbs up!!

I am a daily costumer, my to go place! I never had any problems with anybody there and the staff is great. The manager is very professional and helpful. Today I went to get my daily wich and a lady happened to get there after me, the young girl that was at the register was politely trying to explain to the lady about how no more chairs could be put down and how no more people were allowed inside to dine in and she was yelling very rudely my kids were with me and they were scared that lady disturbed my eating and everyone else in the lobby as she walked out she continued to say very rude things to the young girl the lady still got her food and everything, I think the lady was very rude and all that was unnecessary y'all are doing a great job service is good staff is amazing and I appreciate y'all being cautious with that virus thank y'all for risking y'all lives .

i would give zero stars if I could. Horrible experience and the manager is rude, unprofessional and needs a new profession. I ordered $50 worth of food and had delivered. Called after receiving food and shared everything wrong with my order. BLT was suppose to have no avocado, tomato or aoli and add mayo. Sandwich had all items it wasn’t suppose to have and no mayo. Meatball sandwich had no sauce, they forgot to put on sandwich so only meatballs and little melted cheese so extremely dry. 3 sodas suppose to be large, received medium. Was suppose to get fries, got Lays chips. Ordered chocolate cake, got birthday cake. The employee was extremely nice and apologized because he said the details did not come over. You’d think they would have picked up a phone and called but at least he was friendly. I explained I did not want any of this food and my money back. That driver could be sent back or whatever needed to happen but I did not want it. He again apologized and said that it wasn’t necessary and he would leave a note with the manager and I would receive a full refund. I give it 4 days and never receive refund. Call and talk to manager and she knows nothing about it and honestly doesn’t want to hear it. Did not listen to a word I had to say. Just kept going back to the fact that “I” did not bring the food back. One I wasn’t told I had to and two I would have in a heart beat even tho I obviously ordered delivery for a reason. She said she’d call employee but they aren’t going g to tell her the truth because they know they’ll get in trouble but most she will probly do is give me back 1/2 my money. Was suppose to call me back, if course didn’t. I call back today and she offered me half back, I didn’t feel this was right but half was better than nothing. She then proceeded to ask me when I wanted to get my $25 of food because she doesn’t normally work in the weekends. Really!!! I asked to have it put back in my card, NO. I asked to pick up a gift card, NO. I asked if there was a phone number for corporate. She told me I could find it online and she already talked to her district I think she called it. My response was, your a manager and you are really refusing to give me the number for corporate or your higher up. She then let me know she doesn’t know it and it’s not her responsibility to. Finally I just told her my opinion of her terrible management skills and that she really needed to find a new job and I hung up on her. Honestly worst service ever and I will share my story with as many people as possible.

The place was absolutely disgusting. Not one table was clean and the floor looked like it hadn’t been swept in weeks. With one employee working, it took 30 minutes to get our food.

After passing this Sandwich Shop many times, I finally tried it. It has become my new favorite place. Excellence in every aspect.Highly recommend!

Every table was dirty at 2 p.m. Although not busy it took 20 minutes for two sandwiches. The Philly was disappointing. The green pepper was slimy and meat unseasoned. The bhan me was a good balance of sweet and spicy but needed salt. Bread was fresh and a good balance of crisp flake on the outside and tender inside.

Drive thru is always closed and when its not, closed, it's still closed! As we waited at the window, the person from inside came and blocked off the drive thru. They didnt even acknowledge us! Not a single word! It would best to just get rid of the dive thru all together. We used to go every week to this place, but not anymore.

Now that I've been here about five times, I can write a review of this Which Which. This is one of the best chain sandwich shops in this area. The sandwiches are always meaty, more so than the other chains. The prices are comparable to their competitors. The service is always fantastic. This is a good place to go when you're craving a sandwich.

Ooooooooh boy. So my previous visit I gave a 5-star. This visit today... was terrible. I promised my daughter that we could get a sub when I picked her up from school. We arrived around 3:30, which is an "odd time", I know. There were 2 workers there but it appeared as they were switching the drawer over so we waited a good 10+ minutes before we could put in our order. The lady apologized for the wait. There were no other customers. Now, every single time I've had a sub from this establishment, I've gotten it cold. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. And every single time, they've been WONDERFUL. Today... we ordered a ham sub and it was the worst sub I've ever had. First off, the ham was thick sliced, not shaved like usual... like, thicker than the "spiral sliced ham" you'd have on Easter. (Gag). Then I got onions on the side and instead of them being thinly sliced rings, they were thick, inch-wide chunks. (Really odd size for a sub.) Then the bread. It was rock hard. I made a video of me knocking on the bread. (Unfortunately, I can't upload a video to Yelp... but it sounded like this, "Thud, thud, thud.") Typically I never complain, but the sub was a complete train wreck. We had a couple bites and couldn't eat any more of it. When I brought it back up to notify the worker, the lady told me that they need to put the bread in the oven to make it softer and when a customer orders a cold sub, they can't put the bread in the oven. All I said was, "Wouldn't toasting the bread make it even harder?" I mean, the bread was clearly old and stale and no amount of time in the oven would have softened it up. I also didn't mention that I always got my subs cold and they were never like that. (Nor did they have the weird thick-cut meat and rough chopped onion). Needless to say, the worker offered to make me another sub but we all were put off by the sub and didn't want another one. She gave me a credit for future sub and let the kids pick out chips or a cookie, which was nice of her. It was a shame that this visit was so disappointing. Oh, one more thing, the drive thru is closed now. They have a chair in front of the ordering kiosk and the window now has shelves. No idea why.

My sandwhich was decent but this hispanic girl went over board with the salt. YOU BETTER TELL THEM TO EASE UP ON THE SALT!! IF YOU DEPEND ON THERE COMMON SENSE PREPARE FOR THE NOSE DIVE OF DISSATISFACTION. Thing is when I see young people preparing my food I cant put faith in them. Can't wait for Artificial Intelligence and Robots to take over maybe then I can get a good meal and pay for it with my universal check from the government.
