Traditional wings had bad flavor and very little sauce. Had to pay extra for another container of sauce. All the fries were bottom pieces just crumbs. Had to clean my own table. Will not be coming back to this location

Parking: Due to the location, small and compact vehicles are easier to find parking. If you're in a mid-sized or larger vehicle (250/2500 or larger truck) parking spots are difficult to get due to the way the location is situated.

Currently sitting my car eating the best hot honey wings from Wing Stop! Longview has been my go to location for sometime now. Antonio, Zaydah, Nala, Monique and Gabby are all awesome! And my orders are never wrong. I always order ahead a time to avoid wait time so just do that for those complaining about the wait time.

I ordered a 10 piece spicy Korean combo and the wings barely had any sauce the Cajun corn nearly had seasoning, fries barely seasoned! I’m not paying almost $60 dollars for unseasoned food!

Extremely poor customer service! Served me cold fries and refused to replace them! Both employees rolled their eyes at me when I requested the extra ranch I had ordered and paid for and walked off as I was explaining my receipt showed the charge. I will NEVER go to this location again!

Forgot to add the 3 sides of ranch we ordered to our bag. Food was cold and customer service was terrible. They offered to give me a $4 store credit for their mistake. I’ll just consider it the cost of tuition and I’ve learned my lesson to never return. Save your time and money. Buy some frozen wings. (Ironically when they put you on hold the recording tells you not to forget your fries and ranch.) What a joke.

Very inconvenient that wing stop finds it inconvenient to have ro go to the bank every now and then to get change. So if the order isn’t $50 or more you can’t pay with a $100. Usually never go there and last time for sure. My order was $38.

OK well they need to take down the false advertising Of birthday freebies when you join wingstop club because I just went and asked if they do the five piece wings for free on your birthday, and they said no. Maybe they just didn’t want to give it to me.

Definitely wish I would have read the reviews first. My husband ordered 72.00 worth of food online- I was busy sorting kids HW & baths. I decided I’d run to pick it up to get out of the house a minute so he sent me the confirmation #.I get there to pick it up- was informed I needed the card used- & was told it said it online when ordering- however, my husband ordered it & either didn’t read the fine print or whatever. Then I was told it’s to avoid credit card fraud.But let’s make this make sense. I didn’t see them look at one ID with credit/debit cards for people ordering in- also what about DoorDash? I guess I can commit credit card fraud as long as I do it thru DoorDash or eat in.They did however allow my husband to send me a picture of his card. Which still made no damn sense bc they didn’t ask for a picture ID from me. If you’re going to have stipulations on online orders make them make sense because from where I’m standing y’all look ignorant. To avoid credit card fraud you should match an ID with a card & if you aren’t doing it that way then you aren’t preventing anything just pissing people off who are picking up the order.Also employee was extremely rude. So got what they gave. Won’t return to ANY wing stop.Also the food was mediocre. Matched most other reviews- fries were trash-Will be looking for owner to speak too.
