Asked for arby sauce twice and came home with no arby sauce and 4 packets of ketchup which I don't understand why they gave me ketchup. I didn't even have fries with my order I just got the sandwich. Very disappointed!! I drive through there once a month from East Texas cuz I live in Grandview just to get a sandwich ☹️ Now it's ruined for me. It ain't a beef and cheddar without Arby's sauce on it 😡 So dry, hardly any cheese on it and especially with no sauce. Couldn't finish it! Threw it in trash!!

The Arby’s at the Love’s in midlothian. (Store 00416) the crew was AMAZING. They noted they were short staffed and they were positive and upbeat. They asked for patience and received it. I would be happy to come back to them.
Aaron was very professional even though they were out of the cheesesteak he recommended to come the following day to try it. I told him thanks I was just passing by here. Keep him he is awesome

I realize its hard to find help these days, but every single time I go here, the employees are just flat out rude. They seem so bothered and put out to be doing their job. Check the bag before you drive off! There is a very good chance it is incorrect. Poor leadership and people who should not be working in the hospitality industry. If I owned this location, I'd fire every single employee amd start over from scratch. 🔥🗑
