Nothing is ever made to order here, my fish sandwich is barely warm and I returned 5pc tenders because I couldn't even chew them. Old lady Lisa had to say something when I walked away, like lady you don't even net 7.35 in an hour of course I'm returning it.
Used to be my goto place but the service and food have gone down hill big time. Really sad. The drive thru has been shut down for over a month now and the last time I stopped in the young man waiting on us was extremely RUDE... I'll dive to the ennis if I'm get my roast beef fix.

Food was good as always. Person taking order was apparently in a hurry to take my order. No one else in line. Told her 3 times what I didnt want on my sandwich. When she asked if I wanted "a meal," I said "yes", yet she was "surprised" when I ordered large crinkle fries (she put in curly fries) and a medium Dr. Pepper. Dang, slow down I and LISTEN to your customer.

Grabbed a quick sandwich while getting gas on a Dallas road trip. It was convenient as is attached to the gas station and can walk between the 2 stores. Lady working the register was friendly. Ordered a Beef and Cheddar Sandwich to go. Order was ready within 5 minutes and I was on my way. It was a little messy to eat while driving, but was good enough instead of stopping somewhere else after getting gas.

ARBY's shares the LOVE TRUCKING parking lot & building. They have a limited menu but it's a fast place to grab a good sandwich & be on your way. NO SERVICE except when you order and when you leave they do clean your tray off table. ATMOSPHERE. It's kinda fun to listen to LOVE"s call Shower #'s for truckers! This is a busy place but has clean bathrooms, good variety of novelties in LOVE's store, etc. Friendly attendants. Easy to find parking space.
