I mean ell McDonald’s gets it right for a fraction of the cost. But like wow holy moly amazing. Genuinely the best burger and onion rings I have ever had! And the ranch? Geez. So good, with a great ambiance.

Every meal was great! Both burgers where perfectly done (well-done options are great for my family), seasoned great, and the bun was wonderful for each. The grilled chicken sandwich was moist and perfectly done as well. The fries are amazing, specifically the seasoning. Portion sizes are great as well! I'm not a fan of green beans however I'd eat them again here. The breading really made the app. 5 star food for sure!
Drinks were great! I personally enjoy root beer and I was glad root beer was an option in the fountain machine. They also have a bar for alcoholic drinks if you prefer.

The atmosphere is also wonderful! We really enjoyed that the bar side had their own space while the restaurant side is more family friendly. I will say it was smokey so if you have breathing issues like asthma, you may want to be cautious. Everything is clean and tidy. We didn't have to use the bathrooms so I can't report on them. There are multiple doors to the place however most don't work. Clearer signage may be helpful. One other item we did see is that the back deck area as well as the surrounding area isn't well lit. I feel more lights might be more welcoming...for specifically small groups or a woman alone.
Summary: We will for sure be back! Branded burgers is close by and I feel will be a great lunch choice as well. Thank you for the great job with our meal and we look forward to enjoying Branded Burger in the near future!

I had the Worst customer service me and my girlfriend walked in with 2 simple water bottles and were asked to put them away back in the car I hesitated since I’ve been here before and the water tastes horrible it’s cloudy and tastes like strong metal but I hoped maybe the water tastes better we order and get 2 water cups and I was greeted with disgusting water cloudy and metal taste again so I asked nicely if I could simply bring my water bottles in since all we wanted was water good water and they told me I can’t and the water has a “filter” to which I replied that it tasted horrible anyways and I asked again and said “it’s just water had y’all let me bring my own bottles of water y’all wouldn’t have had to waste 2 water cups” which the cashier replied “they were free by the way” and I told her i know but there’s no point if the water tastes horrible so can I just bring my own and she said “ well it’ll be 7 DOLLARS” for both the water bottles so then I said “fine make my order to go” and sat down when I heard the cook say taunting remarks like “ why didn’t he just ask for it to go in the first place” to the other cashier and in my head I’m thinking it’s because I want my food FRESH i want to eat it THERE I didn’t want to drive home 25 minutes to soggy food but I had to since I’m not permitted simple water either FIX your water or let us bring water bottles this was Wednesday September 17 around 1pm

Worst experience ever. I decided to give this burger place another try after a long time, and the first thing they told me was that I couldn’t bring in my own water bottle. If you’ve been here before, you know their water tastes awful—like metal—and I seriously doubt they even clean the filters. On top of that, the staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. Overall, this is by far the worst burger place I’ve been to. Save your money and go somewhere that values its customers and treats them with respect.

Burnt buns, burnt burgers, employees were playing and throwing stuff on the line, receipt didn't print, almost $4 charge for using card, sticky floors, dirty feeling, smokey in restaurant, dirty tables, sodas did not taste right. I ordered what I thought was a side of fried pickles with my burger and got charged for a full order. Family member got onion rings and got about 5 rings. Burger, side, and drink was $20/person basically. For a family of 5 that price is not a good deal especially for the food and service we received. This used to be a good place to eat, we won't be back.
