They have a drive thru for people actually ordering and one for just mobile orders. Dozens of people drove in the mobile side then back around. It's very confusing.

This was my first trying this location . The bun was cold , the cheese was cold & not melted on both spicy deluxe chicken sandwiches . The sweet tea was very mid !!! The Power aid drink was watered down ! I will say at least the waffle fries were not overcooked that I have experienced at other locations but out of a 10 I give it a 5 !

My sister's car had an issue after she left out chick-fa-a. There was a few employee's that helped us out. I just want to say thank you guy's. Chick-fa-A hands down. The best service and the coolest and nicest employee's I've dealt with in a long time.

This morning while I was sitting having breakfast here at chick fil A, in Midlothian I over heard a commotion in the kitchen I continued to listen and it was a supervisor talking very loud to a employee about there break time or something like that, I just want to say that was very un pleasant for a supervisor to talk loud and down to an employee when costumers are in the dining area another person also reached over to me to say that was very unprofessional.

I always love going to Chick fil a there food and service is always on point.
This is probably the best chik fil a experience I have ever received. Workers welcomed us in, checked on us multiple times, and even walked us out to our car with an umbrella when we were leaving. Atmosphere was great as well!!

This location has a lack of attention to detail. Many times I’ve placed my drive thru order through the app and items were missing from the bag or the food quality was unacceptable. Whether it’s cold sandwiches, stale nuggets, missing all the sauces on the order, or forgetting to include forks and straws in the bag, this location has consistently failed to check the quality or verify that everything for my order was in the bag before handing it to me at the drive thru. I hope this location improves.
