My sister's car had an issue after she left out chick-fa-a. There was a few employee's that helped us out. I just want to say thank you guy's. Chick-fa-A hands down. The best service and the coolest and nicest employee's I've dealt with in a long time.

This morning while I was sitting having breakfast here at chick fil A, in Midlothian I over heard a commotion in the kitchen I continued to listen and it was a supervisor talking very loud to a employee about there break time or something like that, I just want to say that was very un pleasant for a supervisor to talk loud and down to an employee when costumers are in the dining area another person also reached over to me to say that was very unprofessional.

This is probably the best chik fil a experience I have ever received. Workers welcomed us in, checked on us multiple times, and even walked us out to our car with an umbrella when we were leaving. Atmosphere was great as well!!

This location has a lack of attention to detail. Many times I’ve placed my drive thru order through the app and items were missing from the bag or the food quality was unacceptable. Whether it’s cold sandwiches, stale nuggets, missing all the sauces on the order, or forgetting to include forks and straws in the bag, this location has consistently failed to check the quality or verify that everything for my order was in the bag before handing it to me at the drive thru. I hope this location improves.

This place is a joke at this point if you don’t own the store or are a kid that works here coming in for social hour on your off days, just don’t expect good service at all. It’s not anybody’s pleasure anymore it seems. 👋

The food is good but they use the cups as the ice scoops for each drink, that is a very bad health hazard because the foam cups get scratched into the ice and is something that I’ve only seen at this store. Very bad habit!!

Service is awful at this chick fil a. If you Go through the drive thru they will practically throw your food and drink at you and say straw is in the bag have a good day. Never been to a chick fil a like it. I have given it 3 times to see if it was just a one off day Nope, it never fails. Maybe try the inside if you want to go to this location… Hopefully that is different.
