This location needs to get it together. They were out of a number of items on a Tuesday. I made an online order and it wasn’t ready until 20 min past the agreed time.

Took my wife here after hearing all the hype. BIG MISTAKE!!! We got here just before 1pm. They were steady but not busy yet somehow it took 30mins for us to get our food. How does it take 30 min to prepare a cold order? They have nothing to cook. The food was bland and the order didn't even come out right. I had the turkey club, the best part of it was the pickle spear on the side. My wife got the wrong chicken salad and watching the employees during our visit the kitchen is an absolute mess. Zero organization. No less than 4 other tables returned food and or asked for refunds while we were here. If I were Chicken Salad Chick I would pull the franchise from this location!!!

Food was good had chicken salad on lettuce. Only complaint is they should cut the lettuce in much smaller bites. They used whole leaves thru out the whole greens and the plastic utensils are not sufficient to cut up the lettuce. adaquately.

Called head so my food would be ready at a sleepy and hungry grandchild with me. Food is ready sitting on the counter and was completely ignored. Kind of disappointed. Wanted to go back, but I won’t be.

First time visiting here, spoke to someone before I stopped by to ask about certain dietary restrictions with my food and she was very helpful. Stopped by it was actually pretty empty around dinner time it was very clean that’s for sure, the atmosphere was very pleasant and quiet. Please have grace the young workers are actually petty quiet but very polite. I would say mid price for a decent quick dinner when you are looking for healthy options. My husband and I got the chicken salad BLTs I had had Cranberry Kelli and he had the pimento cheese plus a scoop of the spicy buffalo chicken salad. The food was good. And we will come back again. They have lots dessert options to choose from, cookies, cake, rice crispy treats.

We eat here weekly, we enjoy the food...when they get it right. The last couple of weeks they've been out of certain ingredients to make the items we order & we are not forewarned. We just get the essentially half made entree with no explanations or apologies or even acknowledgements of missing ingredients. Aka no bacon for the bacon cheddar melt...missing cucumbers or tomatoes on the salad. And once, mine even had a whole ROTTEN grape tomato on it. Disgusting.
We either return to the counter or call back to the restaurant when issues like this arise for rectification and get a lousy apology or nothing at all.
We ordered ahead and had to sit 10 mins past our promised pick up time, which is fine- no big deal, but then half the order was missing from the bag...what?!
Then when they prepared what was missing, a teenage worker didn't even have the decency to HAND it to us. She instead dropped it on the counter in front of us and walks away.

CSC MIDLO- do better. Please. Or refund people their money & shut it down.

Do not waste your time or money. One would think a place that specializes in chicken salad could make chicken, but I was wrong. The chicken salad was awful so much salt no one could eat it and the pasta salad was so dry it must have been sitting for a day or so. Maybe on other days it is better but that day it was awful. Bad first impression.

I got to spin the wheel for a free item during my visit after taking a survey on my receipt. I went home to eat my food and it was and is always delicious! I can't wait for my next visit, where after taking the survey I also will get a dollar off.
