Messed up everything on a 3 item order. Took 27 minutes to get through the drive thru. Had to call them to verify that the drive thru was open 🤦.

I will not be attending this establishment ever again i ordered a decent order worth 60$ witch they then told me to pull up to one of the spots in front of their store then they handed my order to another customer witch drove around dug in my food then noticed he had the wrong food he took it back and said wasnt his then the manager brought it to me after knowing the other customer had possession of my food then I ask for it to be re made because I watched the other customer put hands on my meal then they proceed to take eons to re make my order then handle my food with no gloves just bare hands to handle my food then proceed to talk amongst each other instead of putting on gloves nor coming to give us our refund im NEVER re turning here and I suggest everyone do the same

We love coming to this Dairy Queen! We will drive past the one in Waxahachie just to come to this one. The people here are nice & the service is great! The food comes out quick, hot & delicious. The food presentation is really good, too! Great team working here!

Nice employees cold food. As I pulled away from the drive I grabbed some fries cold. The drove 2 miles home burger cold not even warm. Really folks. Do better.

Came in looking for something with a little spice. After a rude encounter at the Alvarado location, (Go see my review posted same day) we were greeted with kindness and care. Brayden understood my want for spicy, but not burning. I asked for pepper jack cheese on my Dude, and she offered a trade of jalapeño ranch instead of Mayonnaise! It was DIVINE, and truly hit the spot. We ALSO got our blizzard upgrade with no fuss! This is the reason we will now make it a point to come to Midlothian location.

This Dairy Queen was the worst I have been to yet matter of fact the worst place I have been in my life if I could get it a zero star I would I went I saw kids humping in the back playing around and cursing I got my food coldest food ever it looked like someone spit It I felt like I had just got served jail food The short blonde girl had an attitude with me when I asked her why my order was cold and didn’t say anything. I asked to speak to management and she walked away and management never came at that point I didn’t even bother. I wasn’t even hungry after seeing that I swear I saw A cockroach below table . There was absolutely no salt. Nobody wearing a hairnet or gloves. I saw somebody pick up a blizzard touch the ice cream and then go to the kitchen. Tell me that’s not disgusting. I could write a whole book telling y’all about how nasty this place is, but you just need to go see for yourself I guess

i just waited in line for about 15-20 min. by the time i got to the window, the lady almost handed me a completely melted, messy blizzard. i asked her for it to be remade. she came back with the same blizzard with a lid. i wasn’t able to eat it in the car, it was insanely messy. i drove 5 min home, and had to put it in a bowl. i just paid $6 for ice cream soup thats horrible.
never going back.

Came for blizzard and young manager Brandon came to the window after all the employees attempted to make a blizzard and would not turn it up side down .. when they did strawberry and ice cream hit the ground. !! At one point no one wanted to turn the blizzard upside down. The. I asked for the manager name and Brandon said he he could give me the manager name. I requested a refund and he was a smartie with border line attitude. Because he looks 12 .. I let him have his big boy moment. He is someone’s kid. He is extremely disrespectful along with the entire crew that was working tonight. We just pulled off at 9:45pm. Worst service ever and we have come often enough to know that the day crew doesn’t operate like this. Retraining in required!!!

Fast enough service sometimes but their new Street tacos they now have on their menu where filled with fatty beef, little to no cilantro and very few onions, not the best at all, I am disappointed.
