We were delivered a lopsided/leaning Wedding cake. When I reached out to Haley to communicate my disappointment and give her an opportunity to resolve the situation, her response was "You should have called me back to fix it." There was not significant time between the time I discovered the state she left the cake in and the ceremony. This business delivered a defective product and could not have cared less. I would hate for anyone else (especially a Bride) to have to go through this disappointment.
