Very disappointed with the customer service!! . I was placing an order with the young lady at the front counter. All of a sudden she was replaced by who I later found out was the manager to take another person’s order. Long story short, since I wasn’t ordering fast enough the Manager, Kendall had a look of annoyance on her face. Once my order was placed, she literally opened her hand and tossed the money out of it. No apology was given at all. When I called her on it, of course she rolled her eyes and stated that didn’t happen. I asked her if she was having a bad day because that is not how you treat a customer. I began to ask for my money back and that I would go somewhere else where I am treated decently. She never said one word, the original young lady started and offered me coupons and a chance to change my order. When I asked to speak with the manager, the Weight staff that originally waited on me, told me that Kendall was the manager. So I asked for the phone number to Customer Service and they only had an email address. I emailed the corporate office. Still waiting to hear back from them.Customer Service is just not what it should be.Nevertheless, I will NOT be ordering or coming back to this location!.

Very friendly here. Food is good. Sometimes the food takes a little while if it's lunch time but the food is great. Managers and staff always helpful. Place is clean. Only complaint is the ladies room toilet need a better toilet. I think the flusher or the design is off. If you go pee and wipe and don't put the paper directly over the water the flow doesn't flush the paper and you have to wait 2-5 min for it to refill so you can flush again. Sorry if that's to much info. ?♀️ Great place to have a beer though and I love the tacos.

The amazing accuracy this place has with getting orders wrong is amazing. This is a consistent thing with this Fuzzy's. With so much competition in the area for Tex-Mex you think they would try harder.Today's order had the tape for "double checked" all tied into the bag so I couldn't open it to check myself. I brought it home to find a simple order of 5 items was still missing one. Had to go back, no apologies or anything, and no urgency to fix the order. With nobody in the restaurant and no other orders waiting it's hard to find any other real reason today's order was messed up other than there is no accountability at this place at all.

The only person that can serve the alcohol is working in the kitchen! I should've known better by the # of people in the store-3 including myself- it's Saturday afternoon & college football is playing! This was my mistake. I should've went to Beef O'bradys! Live & learn...?

I was looking for a taco joint here in the area, but this ain't it.I ordered some Cali Heat, Brisket, and fish tacos. The Fish Taco had little meat and a ton of lettuce, could have been better if only it had a balance of meat/lettuce ratio. The brisket crunchy taco wasn't bad, it had flavor in it. Cali heat was ok, the contents were good, but the soft white flour tortilla was unnecessarily cold. Not even the chicken nachos could save the day for us. The shredded chicken tasted funny and it wasn't good overall. To top it off, they completely forgot to make my Margarita, and I ordered that from the very beginning. At the beginning, the lady at the front gave me my reciept to tell me to hold on to the reciept just in case you don't get your drink...as if implying that this is something that happens often? That is depressing.Overall, this is the first and last time I am coming here, there is nothing Fuzzy about this place.
My friends and I had a horrible experience here this week. As we were trying to order the employee was texting pretty much the entire time. Then while we were eating and watching the Rangers game the kitchen staff kept yelling “aren’t we closed?!” so that we would leave and there was still about 30 minutes until they closed. Then we were about to leave and had already cleaned up after ourselves there was a big play by the Rangers and we were all standing watching it, and the employee turned off the TV so we wouldn’t see it. Overall a horrible experience and the staff definitely could use some training.
