Please pay attention to the bad reviews because they are spot on. Ordered an eight piece chicken strip meal with an extra roll, 9 piece wicked wings, and a 6 piece wicked wings. Looked in the bag and was only provided 2 sauces. Pulled around to the front and went inside to ask for 2 additional sauces. I was told there was charge for each one. I then explained that we order 8 strips and a 9 and 6 piece wing. Told "wings don't come with sauce". I then said, do people not eat ranch with wings? Then complete silence. We can only give you one extra sauce. It's against policy. Well Golden Chick needs to change their policy. This is ridiculous. As much money as we spent, you should not be stingy with sauces. They also forgot to put our extra roll in the bag and did not provide ketchup (we ordered fries with our meal). STAY AWAY! They will nickel and dime you in the ground.

Giving 1 star because I can't give 0. Management is the worst I've ever seen!!! Managers, Dora and Cory Youngers, are rude and disrespectful to the employees and neither have an ounce of customer service skills!! Hair was found in my food, hairnets were not being worn, gloves were not worn, and when standing at the counter for over 6 minutes no one even acknowledged me! I will never come back here and neither should anyone else!!

I haven’t had a bad experience with this store until today. I am a manager at another food industry in Midlothian and I wanted golden chick today but the food came back awful so I called the store like 4 times and someone finally answered and I asked for a manager and the lady said it was her. I told her about the food problem and she said bring it back and I will replace it so I sent it back and the 2nd time the food still came back not hot and just thrown in the box. This will not stop me from eating from this industry but it will that particular store.
Trash. Avoid this location. Chicken was NOT fresh and cold then they squeezed a 6 piece double fry meal into a to go container after I paid $13. This location is straight trash and I’m pissed I spent $13 here.

The manager @ this Golden Chick is rude & not helpful to customers. I have come here often to pickup food for delivery. She (& few others) don't finish their conversations & acts like it's an inconvenience to help or even recognize that a customer (or more) are at the counter. The food is good that is one reason I haven't left a review until now. Enough is enough. Please re-train this person especially & don't let her train ANYONE!!
