All the local rage. Burgers above average, but so are the prices. Sides are frozen then fried. No service to speak of (beyond the cash register), and the Chicagoland gangster decor is tired and outdated. Not very clean, but a good place to go for a very decent burger, when you're too tired to drive to Pop's in Hachie.

All I can say is the owner is a complete clown. He asked my family of 6 to leave because they were closing in an hour early. Definitely bad business practice to say the least. Fortunately, I feel like we dodged a bullet because it wasn't clean. It looked very dirty and smelt like old grease. Definitely going to spread the word about this one.

I called in 5 double cheeseburger combos right before I left the Jobsite 10 min up the road. Food was ready when I pulled up. Good lunch option if you're in Midlothian.

Really good Mushroom and Swiss burger. I also had fried pickles that were equally good.
The burger was delicious!! The owner was the kindest soul. While we were in here eating we noticed a male version of a “karen” come in and get mad at the owner before even placing their food order. The owner handled the negativity with grace and it shows how good of a business owner he really is. Even in the bad he gave grace. 10/10 would recommend. Will definitely be back!!
While I enjoyed the good burger, the friendliness of who appears to be the owner, should be improved in a way that encourages repeat business. If my decision to return were based on the amiability of the owner, I would not return. Service time was acceptable and the food was warm when it was delivered to the table. The patty itself was not distributed evenly across the bun. It was as if the patty was made too thick. It only covered slightly over 1/2 of the bun. Apparently they cannot (or choose not to) cook meat medium-rare. This is unfortunate for a burger place as the meat would have contained additional flavor if cooked medium-rare. Even one of the Mexican restaurants in Waxahachie cooks burgers medium-rare and they do a great job. So, it is quite surprising that a place specializing in burgers does not offer a medium-rare burger. This is cooking limitation coupled with the attitude of the owner are the primary reasons it is not at the top of my list going forward. If you like more of a well done burger, then you may like their various burger options, but my preference is for a restaurant that offers a medium-rare burger.
