The employee at the window was extremely loud. I understand late night food service employees want to joke around and have a good time- completely fine. However, the employee at the window this evening left the window open and was screaming at his co-workers. (Seemed in a joking manner) but I have just never had an experience so strange. Might want to speak to your employees about what is acceptable to say in front of customers.

There have been somethings that come to the menu that keeps bring me back, like when they had thr nashville hot chicken box. My problem with this location is that my food is either perfect or terrible with no middle ground. There have been times when I was overjoyed opening the bag. Then there were times when I needed to get my order corrected multiple times.

The food was pretty good! The fries needed to be cooked just a bit longer. I feel they had to much salt and needed to be cooked just 30 to 60 seconds longer to give them more of a crunch. They were limp. The burger was perfectly done! The bun was good however as I feel the bun really makes the burger, nothing about it sets itself apart from other places to eat. I ordered ahead using the app. Make sure to do that! The app provides some awesome deals!! My food was ready when I arrived. It was for sure hot and freshly done. For a fast food place, I'd go here over McDonalds for sure.
The building was in a great spot. Parking was easy. The building was clean including the bathroom. For the bathroom, I'd suggest something that smells nice. While it was clean, a fresh scent would provide a different level of comfort. If the bathroom is clean, you can expect the same for every other place in the facility.
Summary: I feel there could be some small improvements however over all I really enjoyed my first visit to Jack in the Box! Thank you!!

Came here for diner last night at first everything was good until I woke up this morning I got food poisoning I can’t stop💩 and throwing up I highly don’t recommend this place unless you want to have food poisoning

Literally nothing we ordered was correct. Ordered tacos no sauce, received 1 taco was not even warm with sauce, another was smoking hot but had sauce and no lettuce. Jumbo Jack meal was luke warm and my onion rings were raw, not perceived raw, they were in the hot oil maybe 30 seconds and the breading was stuck together and the onions were cold inside the breading in places. My drink was the best part of the meal. Totally disappointed and this is not the first time.

I placed my order ahead of time through the Jack in the Box app to save time during my lunch break—but ended up waiting in the drive-thru line forever. So much for convenience.
When I finally got to the window, I was told they were out of regular Sprite with no real alternative offered other than Diet. The employee at the window didn’t seem to care and didn’t even speak directly to me—he was turned toward the soda machine mumbling, so I couldn’t hear what other options there might’ve been. I just went with a Diet Dr Pepper I didn’t want, just to get out of there.
Also, the condition of this location is terrible. The drive-thru is missing menu boards, there are no clear signs or window banners, and it honestly looked abandoned when I first started working out here in Midlothian.
Overall, this is the worst Jack in the Box I’ve been to. Poor service, no communication, and the place looks like it hasn’t been updated for awhile.
