Didn't get my shake right didn't get my coffee right I had to repeat myself 15 times I was nice to them guys i had my food without a drink cause they can't get a drink right after they got my order wrong had me pay extra the worst food experience ever I would change the staff and the manager manager has no solution skills these guys don't care about food food gave me the poops it ruined my morning real bad have a blessed morning sorry if your offended I don't like ppl playing with my food nor my time I get mistakes but you don't solve things with mistakes you do it with solutions

The service is too slow, you wait more than 10 minutes for the order to not even be delivered complete. I bought three combos and they didn't put potatoes in any of them, I called but they don't answer the phone.

we were unsure about going here cuz in the past they have always screwed up our orders and it had been 2.5 years - well they screwed it up again and correcting it made us late.for our nephews soccer game cuz a 15 minute visit became 40 - we ordered online got to the windows and we're asked to wait out front they gave us someone else's order so my wife had to go in and show our online order for them to correct and they still forgot the sauces - not sure why this location never gets it right.

Didn't go inside...4 stars for the unknown. But tacos are a time piece!!! Too bad that they are putting less and less meat into their tacos over the years. Ordered the 2 monster tacos and sauce was all over the place at every bite. 🙂
Ordered a ultimate cheese burger with grilled onions. Got raw onions instead meat must of been sitting for a while cause it was dry 7 pc stuff jalapeños where soggy long wait ect.

I am a door dash delivery driver and today i came in to pick up an order. There were three hispanic women working when i walked in. I came up to the counter and no one greeted me. I stood there for about 5 minutes waiting while one with glasses passed right by me attending to a child that it seemed she knew and the one cooking the food kept looking but failed to say anything to me or at least inform someone else to come to the counter. I ended up looking around to the window area where another lady was working with a gray shirt and when she spotted me i was able to tell her i was picking up. Honestly if i was ordering food,i would’ve left because of the lack of customer service and acknowledgment that i could’ve wanted to order food.
