Literally nothing we ordered was correct. Ordered tacos no sauce, received 1 taco was not even warm with sauce, another was smoking hot but had sauce and no lettuce. Jumbo Jack meal was luke warm and my onion rings were raw, not perceived raw, they were in the hot oil maybe 30 seconds and the breading was stuck together and the onions were cold inside the breading in places. My drink was the best part of the meal. Totally disappointed and this is not the first time.

This was my first visit, and I received excellent customer service. The representative was very helpful in recommending popular menu items and patiently assisted us in making our selections. The cheesecake was delicious, as described. I plan to return.

First i want to say this is the best jack in the box i have ever been to. I would never go back to waxahachie jack ever again. I pulled up in the drive thru and ordered almost 40 dollars worth of food for me and my kids and ex wife. I was paying with my ex wifes card and when they ran it all of the money wasnt there and thanks to brian and iris and the manager maria i didnt have to go home and get another card to pay for the food which would have been cold by then.
