They used to put genuine vinegar and oil on the subs. Now they use some kind of synthetic paste instead. So now I either have to bring my own oil and vinegar or eat somewhere else. Whose stupid idea was this??

My first time eating at Jimmy John's and I must say I was impressed by the food I ordered. All the food was fresh and I liked the toasted bread of the sub sandwich. Worth a try if you are in the mood for this type of food option.

Food was good. Sandwiches had plenty of meat compared to other places. But they did not get my order correct. My sandwich was supposed to have roast beef, provolone cheese, mayo and pepper flakes. I had asked for no lettuce or tomato. They did not put lettuce and tomato on it, but they also did not put any cheese or pepper flakes either. It was not busy. When I got to the store to pick up my order, there were three workers and one customer in the place. No one said a word to me. I saw my order on the pickup shelf so I got it and left. I should have checked it before I left, but I assumed that as simple as my order was, it would be ok. Won’t happen again.

The absolute worst customer service. I ordered the tuna unwhich with tomatoes and cucumbers and no extra lettuce. The girl making it started to put the shredded lettuce . I said please don't put shredded lettuce on it. She rolled her eyes at me then proceeded to take the lettuce she already put on it and throw it back into the lettuce bin to be used on the next customers sandwich.
Double the price, half the toppings. Staff was nice.

I got charged $2.50 to change turkey to roast beef on a wrap. How does that even make sense when i can order a tukey sandwich or a DOUBLE roast beef for the same price. $14 and barely no meat in the wrap. See picture. The tortilla was dry also.
