And someone else was sitting in the lobby even longer, who only got two pizzas! I literally could have driven to the house and back in this time. Look at all those empty compartments; there's clearly no rush.

Usually have a decent experience at this location. This time I did not.Online order was supposed to be ready between 5:18 & 5:23 pm.Showed up a couple on minutes early and waited. During the time my order was supposed to be ready, I heard one of the crew say they were out of chicken wings, which was part of what I ordered. After about ten minutes I asked about my order and they said they were waiting on chicken wings. I guess it must take about twenty minutes to cook because I waited twenty five minutes after order time to get food. By that time the rest of my order was cold.I order online so I can pick up and go, if I wanted to wait, I would have just ordered at the store.Someone needs training, If you see you don't have enough of something to fill orders you have, get more ready.

Honestly was thoroughly disappointed. They still had over an hour before closing an were cleaning, which is fine except they went out of their way to ignore 3 different customers including myself. A female there saw us and then resumed sweeping in the back. Piss poor customer service. Probably would have been better if they stay closed after the health department violation.
So glad to be able to serve pizza to the people's here in Midlothian

Not sure if Running low ingredients or some reason ingredients not making to the pizza's, Normally when we Get pizza fromGet pizza from LittleGet pizza from Little CaesarsThere are tasty and good But not recently ingredients Are very limited or barely any Ingredients make it onto the pizza, This is not the only incident One time withinTo get pizza Before closing timeAnd they said they were out of dough could make no more pizzas or they just wanted to close For the night not make any. I had sworn off this place over the years but as of late it has been really good pizza and customer service had been awesome! Wish all Midlothian businesses had this guy!! Wish I knew his name!
