Made 2 orders at the same time. One came out in 4 minutes, and the other came out in 15 minutes. Friggin food was cold because they took so long on the 2nd order. That order was a cheeseburger. Nothing special.

This new location will not be in business for long! If you’re not open 24 hours, please update your website if you close at a certain time for your customers! Midlothian is a nice area that doesn’t need businesses managed poorly that will be closed down in less than 3 years due to their lack of professionalism!

If you go through the drive-through, check your food before you leave. There is a 50/50 shot that it is either the wrong order or not correct. This has happened to me several times.

They are not open 24 hours. All lights in the building are on, No one in sight and no response. it is absolutely ridiculous to advertise being a 24 hour establishment if you aren’t one.

Place an order on the app and it was confusing. Talked to someone and he looked frustrated throwing his hands up and didn't seem like he was willing to help. Number 1 this location is NOT 24 hrs as per their listing. Number 2, the drive thru on the app is listed as closes at 12, which is a lie also... allowing me to waste money ordering and showing up at 1130 to no one being there. Really upset, this is a nice town do better to serve your community!

WOW!!! I didn’t know when ordering my food McDonald employees at the same time could make me feel unwelcome to sit in the lobby and eat. I’m sorry I accidentally order my order through Drive -Thru but I came inside and you had to walk to the register Mam , and thank you for not asking me if I need anything else!!! Just here your order just in a rush to leave Thank you to the Gentleman upfront who gave my husband two ketchup and didn’t ask me ? Like I’m sorry we’re such a inconvenience I was a Manager at McDonald for over 7 years and to be treated like this and usually when working with such Great workers such as myself being Hispanic we go out of our way for great customers service. Maybe working in Midlothian has you on you’re high horse.
