Our family loves this place! The ice cream is delicious and we really appreciate the gluten free/dairy free options as 2 out of our 4 kids can’t have either. It’s a real treat knowing we can all get something we enjoy.

Their ice cream tastes super creamy and great! Unfortunately, it's not good for when you have cravings during winter since there's no indoor seating. I do wish they offered a few more flavors. Additionally, there's only one driveway for the entrance and you have to use the same one-lane driveway to exit, which is kind of hair-raising. Still, I think it's the best dessert place in Midlothian, so it's worth dealing with every once in a while for a sweet treat.

On drink menu: it does not say Extra for marshmallow etc $$ Only says included This was 3.50 for plain hot chocolate They did not even consider whip cream nothing ! I even gave a tip I drove long ways to this place! Not helpful at all

It’s okay. I was excited to try this place and support a local business. I was a little disappointed that there is very little seating available and nothing available inside. Parking is very limited and seating is also. I found my interaction to be very short and not as welcoming as I would have hoped. This was our first time visiting and I was having a hard time identifying this place as Midlo Scoops - I parked in the back and the only sign was the little sign by the order window. The flavors were interesting and I liked that they offer dairy free options. We’ll be back to try other flavors. I like the option of supporting a local small business.

The ice cream is delicious. The only thing I didn't like is that they added orange food coloring for Halloween on there cookies and cream without our knowledge. I had to send it back. It's important to let people know before purchasing. I know ice cream itself is not healthy at all but food coloring is just not my thing.
